The second bracelet, a tennis bracelet with very small diamonds needed ONE diamond replaced. I dropped them off on 8/2. The simple bracelet was fixed in a couple weeks. I had to call repeatedly for updates and was told the tennis bracelet was more difficult (a part had to be ordered). Finally on 9/20 I received a call it was ready. This is after multiple calls from me every 2 wks checking in and being told every time, it would be ready "the following Tuesday". They simply ruined my bracelet. Instead of replacing one small diamond, they replaced THREE. And instead of the 3 new diamonds being flush with the bracelet in accordance with the others, they are raised. AND they used gold which does not match the gold in the bracelet. I called them when I got home after looking at the "repair" and they simply said they were sorry I wasn't happy. I do not recommend this jewler. They ruined this very sentimental and dear bracelet.

But was also asked within an appropriate amount of time if I needed any help and had any questions. Later, when I did reach out for help, it was pleasant, knowledgable and by multiple people. I found the prices were good to fair and when I checked out the owner made a deal for me for buying multiples. I was very pleased with the entire shopping trip and find it funny to look at other reviews that have been left. First, I would shop here again just for the thought that this business didn't cave to the Social Pressures to make people wear mask. And even though the signage about theft is annoying, I understand. Maybe you haven't seen all the videos if people looting in the past few years?! Second, I find it interesting that a lot of the unfavorable reviews were left by people from Portland (or more likely Oregonian transplants). That should tell you all you need to know about their "complaints". And lastly, I think society has reenforced people's belief that anything in life that you don't like, should be shared and aired for all. Maybe you should try to look on the positive side instead. What our world needs most is not division, isolation and hate. We need understanding, love, and acceptance to beat the evil that is changing our rights to live freely. I'm not too worried about what happens on judge Judy. I'm more worried about my real life, and I get treated with respect at baseline pawn. Which is why I keep returning. I'll be heading back here today to buy my rifle back from a pawn loan that they were generous enough to help me out with to pull me through some tough times. Please patronize baseline. It bought it in a locked position without a key unbeknownst to me. I was 21 at the time. Asked for a key and it wasn't provided. I had to purchase a key on eBay to actually use the revolver. Years later on my review, I find the owner has no record of my purchase and claims I gave a false review. Classic. Poor service and can't take accountability. Go somewhere else unless you want to support a local business. I can get behind that at least.
