From my very first appointment at Greenroom Salon in Boca Raton, I knew I had found something…read morespecial. Sergio gave me a haircut that I absolutely loved, and during that visit, he suggested enhancing my natural gray with highlights upon my next appointment. I trusted his vision and I'm so glad I did. The results are beautiful - natural, elegant, and exactly what I'd hoped for. In addition, Kendra, the salon's talented makeup artist, completed the experience by creating an everyday makeup look using my own products. What impressed me most was that she didn't just apply my makeup - she patiently showed me how to do it myself, explaining every step along the way . It felt like a personal lesson rather than just another salon service . I left Greenroom Salon looking fabulous, but most importantly, feeling confident refreshed and truly cared for. Sergio and Kendra are gifted professionals who take the time to listen , teach and help their clients feel they're very best. Thank you both for making every visit such a wonderful experience. I'm so happy I found you both. I couldn't recommend Greenroom Salon more highly.

Had a Brazilian Blowout 18 days ago. I've had it done several times in NYC with great succcess…read more Opted to have it done at The Greenroon due to its longstanding and proximity. Unfortunately, the results didn't meet my expectations. Post treatment my hair is not as smooth, shiny or straight (understand not a straightener ) . All of this is a first. My hair has never been wavy, etc. after any BB. I left the treatment in for the number of days instructed and washed and conditioned with authentic Brazilian Blowout products.Post shampoo and conditioning my hair felt thicker wet and drying took longer than normally post treatment. I attribute it to her not flat ironing my hair with enough heat. I questioned her when it didn't feel as hot and she told me 350 degrees is correct. I always defer to the professional. The Brazilian Blowout website specifies a minimum temperature of 380 degrees and maximum temperature of 450 degrees. Wish the results had been better and that this would have been a positive review.

My hair is curly, and cutting it wet just leaves it looking all wonky when it's blown straight (how I wear it). So after 5 or 6 different tries, I've found my haircutter in Florida! YAY! Karesten Porter is great! And just adorable and so sweet! Everyone in this salon is great. They are all friendly, nice, and very accommodating. No attitudes here. So happy I found this gem of a place. Go see Karesten. You will love her and your hair after!

I may even like the décor here better than the old spot. One thing I especially enjoyed is the room where they wash your hair--it has a very calm, zen-like vibe and feels super relaxing. The only downside during this visit was a customer nearby speaking very loudly about Jesus while her stylist joined in. Normally the wash area feels like a peaceful escape, so it was a bit distracting. I mentioned to my stylist that keeping voices down in that space would help maintain the relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Pro tip: make sure you sign up for their emails and texts--I was able to get 20% off their products, which was a nice bonus. Overall, still a great experience and the new location is a big upgrade.
