I moved to the area about 10 years ago from Manhattan. I loved my previous dentist office but i…read moredidn't want to make the trip in to the city anymore. After a negative experience with a different office I found Dr. Suh and his team. From my first experience I knew I had found my dentist, here's why. 1. Clean, modern office. 2. Straightforward billing- at the start of your appointment you're told what to expect as far as billing goes (no surprise bills in the mail!) 3. It doesn't feel like Dr. Suh and his team are selling you anything- after your cleaning, he comes in, does a thorough check, asks you questions if something looks off and will tell you if it's something that needs treatment right away or not. He will explain, answer questions and show you on the monitor in the exam room what you need to know. HUGE brownie points for that. As a new patient they were thorough in asking how comfortable I am with dentist visits- I'm an oddball who actually enjoys dentist appointments- rest assured they will make sure you're as comfortable as possible. The detail that goes in to each visit is much appreciated by this over thinker. You get glasses to protect your eyes from any flying bits during your appointment. There's a small monitor if there's a program you want to catch up on. During the recent pandemic, machines to keep air particles to a minimum (something like that) were brought in to give everyone peace of mind. I can't say enough good things about this Dr. Suh and his team and recommend anyone who asks me for a good dentist in lower Westchester.

I don't often leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I traveled all the way from the…read morecity to Westchester for this appointment--leaving my newborn daughter at home for the first time, which the office was fully aware of when I booked. When scheduling, I made it very clear that I would need nitrous due to dental anxiety. After arriving, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to finally be told by the receptionist--without any empathy--that I couldn't have nitrous because they had "used the last of the oxygen." This is not a small oversight. For patients with anxiety, this kind of preparation and communication is essential. To wait that long, after traveling and arranging childcare for a newborn, only to be dismissed so casually is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you experience dental anxiety and rely on accommodations like nitrous, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office does not seem equipped to handle those needs with the care or consideration they require.

It's going to be 2 years that they are refusing to refund over $13,000…read more I will not let this go until I am made whole again. Hope you are enjoying yourself at my expense. Where is the money you and your team said I'd get back? Not in my pocket yet. I hope you enjoy your holiday as much as I did 2 years ago, in severe pain, unable to eat because teeth kept falling out in addition to the pain caused by your working on a wisdon tooth against my wishes. Suffered through the New Year until I got the tooth you were working on taken care of. Happy Holidays! Posting is the only way to get his attention since he stopped taking my calls 2 years ago. I have a tooth missing for last 20+ years. The other teeth around it have covered up that empty…read morespace in my bite, however. One of the dentists in Old Greenwich CT had previously put an implant in 2016 where I have the missing tooth. Thereafter, the dentist realized that there is no space to add the crown and hence they recommended me to meet an orthodontist to cut some of my neighboring teeth in order to make space for the crown. I did not like the idea of cutting my existing teeth, and decided not to do anything about my missing tooth, and leave the implant unexposed for ever. After a few years, I visited the Scarsdale office on a Fri evening with severe pain in my wisdom tooth. The wisdom tooth happens to be right next to my missing tooth. Dr. Amy Guccione is very caring, patient and understanding. She provided me with some pain killers and then asked me to follow up next week. During the follow up, I was recommended to remove my wisdom tooth and I decided to go ahead with the suggestion. However, right next to my wisdom tooth is the missing tooth. Dr. Steven Brisman "decided" (without listening to the history about that tooth, and against my will) that when I go through surgery to remove the wisdom tooth, we should also bring out (or expose) the implant in my missing tooth. This way, both operations can be done simultaneously. When I asked Dr. Brisman about there being no space to add the crown, he arrogantly and overconfidently dismissed the fact that there is no space for the implant. He did not even take a look at my bite in detail. The surgery was done and the orthodontist in Mt. Kisco exposed the implant. Not only there was no space for the crown, but the exposed implant itself was interfering with my bite. I went back to the orthodontist and he replaced the screw on top of the implant to a smaller one to allow me to complete the bite with implant exposed. I was very upset with the orthodontist and the dentists as to why they had to mess around with my implant and make the situation worse. I requested the orthodontist to push the implant right back in but he would not do that. I went back to the dentist and Dr. Brisman did not even see me. Dr. Guccione was very sympathetic but when I asked her about the absence of space for the crown, she did not have anything to say. I would not recommend Dr. Brisman, and I hope no other people go through my experience in future. Dr. Guccione is quite caring and a good listener. I recommend her greatly. She even called me a couple of times after the surgery to make sure I was doing okay with respect to the pain and the bite. I hope she expresses her opinions more vocally when needed.

I used to go here as a child and stopped going as an adult…read morebecause they didn't take the insurance I have. But I came back here as an adult because all the other dental offices I've been to have been mediocre. I rather pay out of pocket here versus go somewhere that my insurance covers that does terrible work. They are so thorough here and professional. They explain everything they are doing as they do it. I am so happy they accepted me back here. After my cleaning I felt so confident. I will make sure to do my 6 month follow up because I value their opinions and I know they have my best interest at heart! If you want your smile back and top notch dentistry, come here.

My friend is very particular and picky when it comes to her teeth. She talked so highly about this establishment and insisted that I check them out. So of course I listened. Within the next few days, I called and booked an appointment with Stephanie who was attentive, friendly patient and extremely helpful when it came down to working around my busy schedule. The next day, I came in and was immediately welcomed by Christina whom I think was the office manager. She had a big smile on and was happy to hear about my first time visit. They honored my appointment which has never happened to me at any other dental office before. On my way in, I ran into Steph (who booked my appointment) and she was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. The cleaning itself was went extremely smooth and my teeth came out looking absolutely gorgeous! I am sincerely overjoyed that I have finally found a dental office that I can finally be calm and happy to be at. Just like my friend, I highly recommend this place!

Just had THE BEST consult with Dr. Park who saw me today for an emergency visit for pain coming…read morefrom a tooth with a root canal that was done by another doctor 5 months ago who couldn't see me b/c he was on vacation. I'm 4 months pregnant and had done extensive dental work in preparation for this pregnancy - an extra cleaning; a scaling; two teeth pulled for a cracked tooth and a failing root canal that couldn't support dental surgery; implant posts drilled; and a root canal (decided to wait to crown the implants post baby) - most done with gas and plenty of novocaine due to a dental phobia that started after a dentist damaged my trigeminal nerve during a botched novocaine injection. So I was extremely disappointed and stressed about a possible infection that would require painful remediation/antibiotics/pulling/who knows what/etc. and that may also be potentially affecting the baby negatively (I've spent my share of time on Pub Med meditating over all the research on how insidious and damaging dental infections are to a developing fetus). But after all that prep, last week, the root canal molar that was done just 5 months ago started to hurt and Dr. Park was able to diagnose the problem (the crown wasn't fit properly which lead to bacteria being able to get into the gumline and cause a gum infection - see X-ray I attached if you are into teeth!), propose a solution (go to a referred dentist - Dr.Jeff Suh, who also has stellar reviews, also in Scarsdale) for a new temporary crown which will then be replaced by Dr. Park during a full root canal restoration following the baby's birth so as to avoid the extra x-rays and stress of doing the full restoration now while still pregnant (plus, I would need gas due to my dental anxiety for the long full restoration procedure and I certainly can't do that whilst pregnant). I just found Dr. Park to be the most thorough, comprehensive dentists I've ever been to - he took time to go over every nuance of the issue, walking me through the anatomy, the issues with the crown, all my options, etc. - all while on an already fully booked busy schedule. I was so grateful. His demeanor has earned my trust and respect and I'm so pleased that I've found a new endodontist! The office is new and each exam room has the latest equipment and is bright, clean, and sunny. The receptionists are super upbeat and friendly, and the dental assistants are also cheerful and very efficient, as well. Don't hesitate to book a visit!!
