Next, they booked me for the wrong procedure and when I got there, said someone in the office would have to call me later to fix it. I missed work and everything due to their error. Not only did no one call afterward, but the office then failed to return MY calls. Lastly, their billing options are limited to you calling a foreign number and paying some man. And there is only one man at this number who can handle payments for them, so if he's in the bathroom or at lunch you're out of luck. The whole thing is just so, so unprofessional. I expect excellence from heart specialists. I got incompetence.

The things that kept the rating at 4 stars rather than 5 are as follows: Dad never physically saw the Cardiologist today, the preparatory paperwork was incorrect, and the one physician I did see in the hallway was impolite. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I had to have a stress test, then this is the place I would go. The staff (in general) is unbeatable.
