I do not like to give 5 star ratings at all but I cannot stress how pleased I am with Eric DeRoche State Farm office. I have renters insurance with them for the past 2 years and have recently got car insurance from his office of a newly purchased car. I felt like I got the shaft from the dealership and I as I was getting my insurance, Emily with State Farms told me they did refinancing too. She did all the work for me to get refinance and then turned it over to Tommy in their office to finish the deal. With my work and the storm on the way, Tommy waited for me to get to DeRoche office and took his time and stayed after hours to finish my refinance paper work. Emily came to introduce herself as we did everything over the phone together. I cannot stress how great the service is and how pleasant my experience was! I am a big fan of State Farms now because Eric DeRoche office made me one! I have renters insurance, car insurance and now a refinance car loan with them. Great job Emily, Tommy and all the staff at Eric DeRoche's office!!!! read more
