This was my favourite cafe in Icmeler.
A beautiful cafe, overlooking the (exceptionally lovely) sea, with breezy trees providing natural shade. Wicker chairs with cushions are dotted about the stone floor, placed far enough away from eachother to give you a comfortable sense of privacy.
When we first looked at the menus in Erdem we had to ask whether prices were in pounds or lira because it seemed too cheap to be lira. Upon asking we got the answer we were looking for but not expecting - the prices were in lira, making it not only one of the loveliest places for a drink in Icmeler but also one of the cheapest. What a combo.
Another attractive factor of this cafe was that no one tried to lure you in, which many of the staff in all the other bars do.
The food was ok, large portions.
There is also a lovely cat that came and sat and looked lovingly at us until we gave it food. We thought it loved us, but we saw it doing the very same thing to some other people. So watch out for the fluffy Jezebel.
Heartily recomended, feels like you're in paradise having a freshly squeezed orange juice here. read more
