At first everything was fine, i have ALWAYS paid my rent and kept Lisa in the loop. Then they switched property managers and didnt tell any of the tenants, then switched back with just leaving a note taped to my door telling me to start paying my rent elsewhere with no explanation. Lisa has lost the tenants rent multiple times and has to call the whole building back just to see who didnt pay, because she is unorganzied and unprofessional. Then she allows herself into my apartment without notice and with any threat to me, the apartment, or the rest of the building just so she could search my apartment. She has gossiped about her own tenants to OTHER TENANTS! I know this because i recommended my brother to her and she went and talked negatively about me to her tenants and of course they came and told me that she was gossiping about me to the entire building. I dont pay $550 to be talked bad about from my own priperty manager. My brothers apartment had damage to it and in his first month living in the building that i recommended them to, Lisa made them post up in their living room for an entire month and refuses to help them with the rent because of the inconvience. I would strongly suggest no one ever go theough Lisa Cleveland ever, she is terrible and a bully and a liar. She continues to belittle you even after you leave the premisis. You couldnt pay me to go through her again.
