A note from a satisfied homebuyer:…read more One of my followers on social media referred me to All Financial Services, specifically Malcolm Drakeford. Malcolm and I had an informational call on February 2, 2022. I was utterly sold by Malcolm's "no pressure" approach. I completed my pre-approval application and received my pre-approval letter the same day. After going through the motions of searching for a home, switching agents, and comparing quotes from other lenders, I decided to move forward with All Financial Services. Malcolm was ALWAYS available to answer my questions (he took my calls, texts, and emails while on vacation, from the car, and on the weekends). Malcolm advocated on my behalf during the offer and closing process and everywhere in between. Honestly, if you are looking for a lender that treats you like family, has your best interest at heart, will advocate for you when you are not in the room (or on the line), will answer all of your questions (with a substantive response), and show up at your closing. ---Look no further than Malcolm Drakeford. Even if you are not ready or don't know where to start, call him anyway!

I bought my house two years ago and only now can I even talk about it. It should have been easy. I…read morebought the house I already lived in from my friend. Harvey Grutman was a nightmare. He was an hour late for our first appointment knowing that I had to be at work. I should have walked out then. It took 115 days to close (some of that was due to a crappy appraisal and I have to give Harvey some credit for helping us with that.) He refused to tell me when we could close and I was waiting to open my own business so it delayed a lot of really important things. More than anything, he was cruel. He actually made me cry once when he said that my $143,000 Home purchase "wasn't even worth (his) time." He wouldn't communicate that he needed something and then would actually yell at me for not giving it to him to the point where I had to ask him to put our correspondence in writing so he couldn't say he'd told me something he certainly didn't. Seriously, if you're considering using Harvey as your loan officer, RUN!!! He's terrible. **** edit: Harvey's comments to this review are a lie. He absolutely did say those things and he was on speakerphone with my business partner listening to the conversation. And as far as "caring about his clients" he would often say to me "that's not my problem." which is not a thing you say when you care.
