The pick up from the airport seemed seamless. They called him once his plane landed and told him where to meet them. We also received a confirmation email and text with the drivers name and phone shortly before the pick up. I think day before. The ride home was a bit of a challenge. The few times I tried calling Cloud no one actually answered. I left a voicemail and they called back within 30 min of each call but sometimes you have an emergency and need an answer now. We did not receive a confirmation text or email on the pick up ride to the airport and my boss was calling me 5 after to ask where they were. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back. A bit better communication would be nice/expected for an executive service. The pricing seemed decent for the area and when I did get to talk to people they were very friendly.

Since I can't trust Uber/Lyft to give me a ride to the airport at 4am (even with a confirmed scheduled ride), I rely on these guys instead and have yet to be disappointed. With clean cars, professional and friendly drivers, and authorization to use the Peach Pass lanes, they're everything you'd want in a chauffeur service. I use them now for all my business trips.
