Since I can't trust Uber/Lyft to give me a ride to the airport at 4am (even with a confirmed scheduled ride), I rely on these guys instead and have yet to be disappointed. They've been very reliable and always arrive on-time (usually early). With clean cars, professional and friendly drivers, and authorization to use the Peach Pass lanes, they're everything you'd want in a chauffeur service. I use them now for all my business trips.

Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well. Again a nice clean vehicle and smooth ride (after our trip I was tired so the talking was minimal). Overall...great communication, excellent customer service, wonderful vehicles and superb drivers. Keep up the good work ATL Kings Limo Service!!!

My friends and I were initially going to Uber to a…read morebanquet until one of my friends suggested that we go all out and utilize a fancy limousine service that he had used before to go to the airport to the banquet and show up fashionably. Yes, that was the greatest idea and we were beyond spoiled by Maash. MAASH works with a variety of clientele anywhere from CEO's for airport transfers, to a night out on the town to new customers like me who reserved for a couple of hours- pick up/drop off before and after the event. When MAASH first picked us up (we got a text with the chauffeurs information, he texted us when he was in route and he showed up EARLY!), the chauffeur showed up with a cute iPad sign with our group name, a cooler filled with beer/La Croix/sparkling water/normal water (water is standard but the rest were upon request and there is a small fee for it), and a fancy sound system in the SUV. The chauffeur was super professional and made sure we were having fun even before we showed up to our event. The entire experience was comfortable and the chauffeur asked us what kind of music we wanted to listen to and how cool we wanted it to be. He talked to us when we asked questions but didn't over insert himself in the conversation. The windows were also tinted so it gave us a super VIP feel. When he got in and out he opened the doors for us and checked the vehicle behind us to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything ( i know this because my friend left his phone in the car. It was absolutely easy and convenient to reserve a ride thru their website (www.maashluxurytrans.com), or email them at reservations@masshluxurytrans.com which is what I did or you can also reserve via phone 678-457-4203. I would recommend reserving at least 48 hours in advance if you know you're going to be utilizing a transportation service. The price is very affordable and reasonable compared to other transportation services I looked at and the price they give you is all inclusive (includes tax, 15% gratuity) which wasn't the case with the other ones! I will be using them in/out of the airport as well. They are pricier than UBERX but cheaper/comparable to UBER Black with for the kind of service i received and to have all their credentials is a win! If you're looking for a luxurious, upscale, reliable and professional limo service at a reasonable price, i can not recommend MAASH Service enough!!! I've only used them once and I'm already a big fan. Don't even need to look any further!
