August 18,2016 i came at 'EXPERT CITY' store at Oslo to buy a new laptop. So i ask the guy from the…read moreinformation if they have a model that i wanted, unfortunately they don't have a stock, so the guy asked me if i wanted to reserve and i can get it before end of next week. So it should be August 27,2017. So i came the counter and pay for the model i wanted (ASUS RU558UR-DM150T). And then at exactly August 27,2016 i ain't received any txt from 'EXPERT CITY OSLO' so i immediately call them and asked what happen to my order. The guy told that my laptop still not on the store. and he gave me two option, to wait on September 1,2016 or cancel my order! I feel sad when i heard this thing.. So i waited September 1, 2016 again. I don't received any txt from them, so i call this store again and now they said that my laptop was now on their storage, BUT this storage was located at Sweden. so this guy tell me to wait at 3working days again to get my laptop deliver to OSLO. September 6, 2016 expecting the SMS from them and still get nothing..so i decided to came at the store ask what is really happening.. I straightly go to the information area and talked to the guy there and he told me that my laptop will be deliver at September 9,2016 at storage! Due to the delayed delivery of ASUS COMPANY! and he also said that his really not sure about sept.9 because maybe its possible to get delay again.. OOOH MY GOD! I'm running out of patience with you guys. I came to the website which is (www.expert.no) sept.6,2016 8:30pm and i noticed that they have stock of this model at (EXPERT ALNABRU) c'mon why should i need to wait this long if you have this model a few kilometer from your from your other store???? THIS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT COSTUMER???

The store can be compared to Goodwill or Salvation Army or Oxfam, but in a smaller scale. Some items are overpriced but then again, they won't sell anyways. Nice staff and orderly!

Think more quality clothing, much higher prices and no staff to be found. This store carried men/womens clothing, shoes, and then downstairs is full of household goods, glassware, cds/dvds/boxsets, books, and knic knacks. So for variety of items they probably deserve a 5. But for location and prices of the items 1 star. Their stores are not easily accessible by public transit and therefore you need to have access to a car. They do not have sales here, or mark items down at all from what I saw. I thrift shop all over the world and never have I seen such high prices for basic things, not even name brand items. Name brand items were costing 3 times as much as they would anywhere else in europe. My overall opinion of Oslo's "thrift" arena is stay away. Hit the local flea markets in the schools instead, you won't be finding any bargains here.

Nå har jeg verken datamaskinen eller pengene jeg brukte til å kjøpe den. Elkjøp ønsker på ingen måte å kompensere for denne situasjonen! Du er et useriøst selskap og bryr deg så mye om selskapets og kundenes gode navn?! Patetisk! Jeg vil aldri kjøpe noe fra butikken din igjen hvis du behandlet meg slik.

Elendig kundebehandling, dårlig forretningsskikk og direkte svindel!…read more Kjøpte forsterker som hadde feil. Levert tilbake til repp 4 ganger før jeg ble enig med butikken om å bytte i annet produkt. Kom til butikken for å bytte, men fikk beskjed om at forsterker nok en gang måtte på service/sjekk hos importør. Forsterker kom tilbake og Geir Tømmervik (DL) kunne på telefon bekrefte at det kom feil på den (gikk i protect) dersom strømstyrke varierte til over 240V i nettet. Da jeg sa jeg ville heve kjøpet fikk jeg beskjed om at det var for sent. Dette selv om feil ble oppdaget lenge før foreldelsesfrist. Geir Tømmervik forslo å ta saken via Forbrukerrådet. Til Forbrukerrådet har OSLO Hi-Fi Center holdt tilbake informasjon. Trenert saken og direkte løyet om at dokumentasjon ikke finnes. Butikken ved daglig ledere Geir Tømmervik opptrer arrogant og løgnaktig. På direkte forespørsel fra FBR hevder Geir Tømmervik at det ikke finnes mer dokumentasjon i deres systemer. Etter en stund henter jeg defekt forsterker og ber om utskrift av all dokumentasjon rundt denne fra resepsjonen. Da prentes det ut mengder av dokumenter som Daglig Leder Geir Tømmervik har hevdet ikke eksisterer. Tidligere i prosessen har ansatte solgt meg tilleggsprodukter som skulle hjelpe mot problemer jeg har opplevd. Har pratet med flere kyndige personer som bekrefter at anbefalte produkter ikke har noe med problemene jeg opplevde å gjøre. Anbefaler alle å sjekke med andre aktører før de handler her. Om noe går galt vær rask ute med å kreve erstatning/heving av kjøp da OHFC bevisst trenerer saker slik de kan hevde problemer er foreldet. Alle mine påstander her kan dokumenteres. Har gjentatte ganger forsøkt å komme i kontakt med Ger Tømmervik selv etter dette, men han unngår kontakt.
