My business will go elsewhere from here on out. The woman up front was RUDE and had a nasty…read moreattitude. After talking about her hair and nails with another customer, she rudely asks me "Why you come in here at 4:30 we about to close?" The place doesn't close until 5 and I was just placing an order, not asking for same day service. When I told her what I wanted, which is the same thing I have gotten done two times before at this location, she told me no, that's too much to put on here. I have literally gotten the exact same thing done twice before with no problems. I then spoke with her supervisor who excused this severe lack of customer service by saying that's how she talks to everyone. When I am spending close to $200 on a gift from my company to a Veteran, I at least expect common courtesy and decent customer service. Never again.

I've used CCE for heat press and embroidery work 4-5 times over the last 5'ish years. They have…read morealways provided a good product and great service. The first thing I ever used them for was to do a heat press on a hoodie. The hoodie hoodie has been washed and dried hundreds of times and only started to give way in the last couple of months. (Who's ever had heat press last four years?!) I had them embroider a hat/sun visor about 3 years ago. Told them what I wanted and they created it, embroidered, and it looked great! Don't wear the hat often but still looks great too! Most recently had someone hand- draw a sports team logo. Used Fiverr.com to have someone make the drawing into an embroidery format ($10). Sent the file to CCE via email, took 6 jackets to their store, and they embroidered them all in just a few days. All team members are thrilled with how they turned out! A week later needed 2 more jackets. They had them done in less than 24 hours! I can't say I've compared their pricing to anyone else because I'm glad to stay loyal to a business that does a good job. But every time I've used them their prices seem very reasonable to me.

They squeezed me in even though it was a holiday and they were closing early and it was done in great time and executed exactly how I asked! I had a student that went to this small company, and picked up an item that she needed for class. (…read moreThe item is still in the box never touched). She calls and ask for them to take it back since it was upcharge 50 dollars plus it was never opened. The owner even made the comment they have to upcharge because they are a small business. And due to Covid she can not get a refund but she can get store credit. 1st off, if you plan to give someone store credit you are taking the item back. 2nd why not just refund the item since either way you are taking it back. Everyone be careful with this place make sure you know the refund policy and how much an item is before you purchase from here. Greed behind a dollar is something that Karma will get you for. Just a teacher that has had enough of people taking advantage of someone.

I'm definitely coming back to them since they have so many other services they provide for a great price. Thank you!

The Knotty Hair Bar reaffirmed that there are still companies out there focused on great customer service; they've made a lifelong fan/customer out of me.

My friend purchased a fridge from this store after her original fridge died. The good: The purchase…read moreand delivery were pleasant experiences. Unfortunately, that ends the good. The first Fridge purchased and delivered by American freight was plugged in and hooked up to the water line. Minutes later the fridge filled with water and when the fridge was opened, water poured out onto the floor. Delivery people were present so they thought it was a plumbing issue, but after consulting an unaffiliated plumber that was not the issue. We went back to the store, and Kenny, the manager, issued an equal exchange for a replacement fridge. The second fridge from American freight was delivered that same day. It was again installed by friendly delivery persons. They plugged it in and it appeared to function. Less than four hours later, the door showed a cooling error and the fridge overheated. The following day (the third trip in three days), my friend had to fight a blonde woman at the desk to be refunded. After asking to speak to the manager, my friend was denied because the employee indicated the manager was not there even though they noticed the manager in the store. Despite the store providing defective items TWICE they did not make the refund process easy. The employee had an attitude about our request to have delivery fee refunded because of the horrible experience. The employee walked away while my friend was talking to her and threw her pen around the desk in obvious frustration. At the end, we were given a full refund. Although given that we had a bad experience with two fridges, we would not recommend you purchase an appliance from this location.
