They found out that it is out of production and told me they would find out what the replacement would be. They said Gree always takes their time to get back with them, but it has now been over three weeks. I called them after a week and they said they were still waiting on Gree. Looks like they don't know what they're doing, nor do they care, since I haven't heard from them.

Well Bobby T. showed up and gave a pretty reasonable flat-rate estimate to replace two faucets and a toilet. We figured the job would take about 1.5 hours, but it seems that just about everything went south from the beginning - not the least of which were a sketchy original install from the early 1970's and a tub drain not connected. Somewhere around 7 hours later Bobby T. knocked out the job and it all works great AND they stuck with the original price quote. Throughout the entire ordeal Bobby T. was fantastic and communicated what was going on, but most importantly finished the job by doing things right the first time. The artistry of the final result was also pretty fantastic and used a bit more copper than was expected. I would DEFINITELY recommend Brother Plumber to anyone for their workmanship and professionalism.
