Miss Erica and her team did an amazing job helping my kiddo acclimate to the new environment and routine. She went from only taking contact naps to being able to sleep independently in class, which had been my biggest concern. She then moved to the young pre-k class with Miss Consuela and here is where she really flourished. Miss Consuela and Miss Taniya worked with her a lot and by the time she moved to pre-school, she knew her alphabet, could spell her name, knew all her numbers, shapes and colors. Now that she's in Pre-School with Mr. Joe & Miss Jocelyn she has continued to grow and shine! She's learning more socialization skills and they continue to make sure she's challenged in multiple ways. Completely separate of how invested and dedicated all of her teachers have been to her learning, everyone on staff has been so completely caring, kind and supportive. Everyone from the administration to the teacher's aides obviously genuinely committed to the kids that attend Scribbles. And as a parent, it is such a weight off knowing that when I go to work each day, one thing I don't need to worry about is my daughter. I know she's cared for and loved while she's at Scribbles. Along with taking amazing care of my child, the staff at Scribbles has always been fantastic about working with me. Whether it be questions or concerns or looking for advice, no matter what I've approached them with, I am always given time and patience. Neither my daughter nor myself have ever been treated like just another child or parent. Before starting at Scribbles, we looked at multiple centers. One of the reasons I chose Scribbles was because their teacher to child ratio, especially in the younger classes, was 2-3 kids less than other centers we considered. In regard to cost, they are right in line with other places in town, and in my opinion, offer the highest level of learning and care. If you want the peace of mind of knowing that when they can't be with you, your child will be taken care of and loved, Scribbles is the place to take them!

The actual swimming pool area has issues. They constantly play music through a lame speaker and it's never anything anyone wants to hear. So the idea of swimming some laps in peace is just out the window. People monopolizing swimming lanes to socialize or play when there is a play pool ten feet away makes me dissatisfied.

The food isn't as good as what it was when we started, but they just hired a new chef, so we'll see if it improves.

I am so glad they have live stream cameras in the classrooms; my child was being repeatedly hit by her peers, and the substitute teacher told me that there was nothing she could do about that. This same substitute would yank my daughter by one arm and exclude her from any activates. I was also told by the director louise to stop calling and checking on my child. The substitute teacher is very incompetent and has no knowledge on how to care for children. The substitute also wanted to fight me with my daughter in my arms and the director saw this and nothing was done. LPA is understaffed and has unqualified people there, the fact that teachers are wanting to fight parents and that is who they are having watch our children is ridiculous.

We knew as soon as we walked in that KinderCare would be the place for our family. Since then we've adopted our son and have another child in care with us now. The staff at KinderCare, particularly the Director, are extremely protective of our children and care about them dearly. We love everyone there. Our son looks forwards to summers where he can spend the days with his friends and going on fun field trips and adventures. Our toddler is thriving and squeals with delight whenever her friends and teachers come into view. In short, KinderCare is a terrific day care. Though I'm sure other day cares in town are fine, we would not choose to go anywhere other than KinderCare.
