Everyone from the front desk to the Lady who waxed me were so friendly and professional. I forgot the name of the person who waxed me but her calm demeanour made me feel very comfortable. Its' very clean (gloves, new spatulas etc), and I liked that although I just got the regular Brazilian Wax (not sugaring) she used wax with cloth strips on the less sensitive parts and the gel like wax where you don't need strips on the more sensitive areas. As a first time customer you get a little welcome booklet with instructions how to avoid ingrown etc, and a tweezers too - nice touch. My only complaint (and why I cant give a 5 Star rating) is that the waxing in so expensive - this is not their fault as its this expensive all over but I paid CHF 75,- and then you should leave a little tip too so its pretty pricey for something to get done every 4 weeks.

Ity is always very attentive and patient in listening to exactly what I want, and she is diligent in taking her time to get me there. I rarely do threading because I've always found it so much more painful than waxing, but with Ity, there was no pain at all...I found her threading to be even more painless than waxing. I would highly recommend Ity for threading, and each month I looking forward to my appointment with her. Moreover, Ity is very friendly, and I always have a great time chatting with her. Since she works out of her home, her schedule is pretty flexible. She's quick to respond via SMS, phone, or e-mail for setting up appointments. She does the threading at her dining table, so it's not a salon-type setting, but I never have any problems with it. Ity makes sure that you feel comfortable and at ease in her chair, which I always do.
