Great Service - I have been getting my "HUHAaa" waxed by the same lady for over 10 years so I had to rustle up the courage to just go to someone else and I must say I am so happy I found this place. Everyone from the front desk to the Lady who waxed me were so friendly and professional. I forgot the name of the person who waxed me but her calm demeanour made me feel very comfortable. Its' very clean (gloves, new spatulas etc), and I liked that although I just got the regular Brazilian Wax (not sugaring) she used wax with cloth strips on the less sensitive parts and the gel like wax where you don't need strips on the more sensitive areas. As a first time customer you get a little welcome booklet with instructions how to avoid ingrown etc, and a tweezers too - nice touch. My only complaint (and why I cant give a 5 Star rating) is that the waxing in so expensive - this is not their fault as its this expensive all over but I paid CHF 75,- and then you should leave a little tip too so its pretty pricey for something to get done every 4 weeks. read more

Terrible. No gloves used for waxing intimate area AND double dipped the spatula. And if the the lack of hygiene wasn't enough, the procedure was incredibly painful -- and I have brazilians regularly, so I'm not talking about the usual level of pain. Service was brusque. I tested this studio twice. First time, I was very satisfied. Friendly service, fast and clean waxing using gloves and new spatulas. Second time I had a different lady - and she didn't use gloves and double-dipped the spatula... I didn't ask whether they heat the wax between clients though... It really seems to depend on which person of the team is waxing you. I don't know if each depilora has her own room or if they change rooms and respetively wax pots... read more
