I left a message and he returned my call within 10 minutes. He agreed to come out, take a look at the stain, and try to get it out. He arrived exactly when he said he would, discussed with me his plan to remove the stain, and got to work. In about 20 minutes, you could not even tell that anything had happened the night before!
