My car was damaged as a result of the "detail" this business provided. TLDR; These guys absolutely soaked the inside of my car. Mold growth and damage to electronics in my vehicle occurred. I spent 2 days drying it out and it still smelled like a wet sock. The hands-free microphone is a $600 repair and I had to pay ANOTHER detailer $200 to do a chlorine treatment to kill the mold. The owner of this business stopped answering my texts when I reported the damage. I have followed up multiple times without a response. I have no idea how these guys have ANY good reviews. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Details of the job/aftermath: They showed up same-day and quoted me a great price, as my only request was for the front cloth seats to be deep cleaned. It took them about 2 hours to complete the job, which seemed excessive, but I chalked it up it up to thorough work. At first review of the finished job, everything looked great and I tipped them well, despite them charging $20 more than originally quoted. After getting in my car, my pants absorbed a lot of water from sitting on the seat. There was also water INSIDE of my console, which they said they did not open, impacting everything I had left inside it. Everything in the car, including the floor mats they had left hung up to dry, were soaking wet. The owner had instructed me to leave my windows cracked for airflow, which I did. The next morning, there was extremely heavy condensate on my windshield, windows, and back glass. The water was dripping onto my dash and into my speakers. Condensation also built up along the overhead lights and headliner. My seats were still soaked. I sent the owner a text and he said he was busy but would try to come by and check it out that day or the next. I spent the day with my doors open, hoping the sun would dry everything out. 48 hours post-detail and 6 hours parked with the doors and windows open, my car was finally dry enough to sit in without putting a towel down. Despite this small victory, I noticed the mildew smell starting to set in by day 3 and after using my car to make a phone call, it became clear that my hands free audio system was impacted. I am thoroughly disappointed in this business and their lack of effort in fixing the issues they caused. My car ended up in much worse shape with mold and water damage. The silence I have received is inexcusable and I cannot believe someone would run a business like this. If looking for a mobile detailer, please save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

The employees, including management, have always been professional, calm, and respectful whenever I've interacted with them. Staff are trying to manage customers cutting the line, not displaying their membership sticker correctly, not following simple instructions for entering the wash, etc. During times like this we, the consumer, need to have patience for the employees that are simply trying to get us in and out of the wash in a timely manner. Despite informing your staff, who were also witnesses to the event, the individual was permitted to proceed. This, in itself, was not a significant concern. Subsequently, I was approached by Geno, a manager, who mistakenly believed I was addressing your employees disrespectfully. I clarified that my interaction was directed at the customer who had cut in line, and that I was merely the individual who chose to vocalize the issue. Despite my explanation, Geno sided with the other customer. Upon returning to my vehicle, I closed my window, which Geno perceived as an act of disrespect. He then attempted to impede my progress, insisting I lower my window for him to scan the barcode, despite the fact that the barcode is scanned externally. It appeared he was attempting to assert dominance in the situation. After multiple refusals, I opted to communicate with the Spanish-speaking employees, given my bilingual proficiency. They were understanding and helpful, and I was able to proceed. However, before I could depart, Geno, the manager, further threatened me and stated that my membership would be revoked.
