They should have stayed in Florida. They don't understand HIPPA laws. They don't understand the Americans with disabilities act. They bullied other neighbours into leaving the neighbourhood. They just take your money and who knows what they do with it but nothing ever actually gets done. Thanks to the listing/selling realtor, and an uncommunicative closing attorney, our purchase has been as much fun as taking your mother in law on a road trip, in an un-air conditioned vehicle . If it wasn't for David's assistance, I'm not too sure we would have made it through, with our sanity intact. He has been responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
