Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We were referred to them by our real estate agent when closing on our home. Shortly after, I purchased a new car which I also insured with them. A few days after purchasing my car, I hit black ice coming home from work and rolled. Needless to say, the car was totaled. Epic took forever getting back to me in the claims process and low balled me with every offer they gave me. They tried to offer me MULTIPLE thousands of dollars less for a car that I'd owned less than a week. Even their final offer was less than what I paid, but we accepted it as we felt we didn't have other options and the process had taken so long already. Now, 3 months later, we got a letter in the mail stating they're dropping our policy because of my accident. This company does not care about you. Pay that little bit extras for a better insurance company! read more

Was referred to Epic through my realtor and should have stayed with my previous company. Epic is great at selling/ searching for lower rates, but their customer service is non-existent once they have you signed on. After dropping the ball, not apologizing, and not following up, I would not refer any network of (new homeowner or insurance) buyers to Epic. read more
