My pharmacy needed more information today in order to fill my script but the physician, Lauren (who was wonderful), was not in today and wouldn't be until tomorrow. Knowing that I had run out the staff at IEP Novi went back and forth with me and my pharmacy to ensure I had my prescription today as it's essential to my health. In addition to going above and beyond to make sure my medical needs were met, the entire staff was super happy and genuinely gave off the vibe that they love helping others. If you are looking for an urgent care or need a medication filled until your next doctors appointment like me, I 10000% recommend this urgent care!

They are usually really good about getting me in same day if I need to be seen and am not particular about which doctor I see. If I want to see my Doc or one of the other ones I prefer sometimes I have to wait until the following day. There usually isn't that much of a wait once I get there. You can usually email them if you have any questions about medications or concerns. Most of the physicians are very patient and don't rush you and will let you ask about other medical/health concerns that aren't necessarily the reason you came in and not make you feel rushed. Sorry I'm not naming names, sometimes you just don't mesh well with certain people. I don't want to tarnish someone based on my preferences.

Wait for 10 mins max after check-in then be ushered into the fold, check my weight ushered into an exam room where the nurse updates all my info. Then wait 10-15 mins for Dr. to show up, after a comprehensive checkup I leave. All very good service. NOW IHA has started a practice, you dont even have to pay a copay. They just bill you. And if you cant pay the bill, there is access One that will setup a payment plan as to what you can afford. So everyone is happy.

Although the initial irrigation of the wound was extremely painful (couldn't be helped), Lauren expertly managed to close the wound using the existing, paper-thin skin without further trauma to my mother. Her manner was gentle and compassionate. Checking the wound the next day, Mom's primary care physician was impressed by Lauren's obvious skill. We were very lucky to have had such a competent PA attending to Mom.

After three…read moreappointments with the other pediatrician, we just unwelcomed and never felt heard so we ended up trying Sunny Pediatrics with Dr. Sana Syed! Our first thought upon walking in was it was very kid friendly with a very colorful ambience! The lady at the front desk is so delightful every time we are in there! She always has a smile on her face and makes us feel like family! All of the nursing staff has also been very welcoming and always ready to listen! Dr. Sana Syed has been a blessing as a Pediatrician! At our initial appointment she listens to our concerns, helped us come up with solutions to help in the meantime, referred us to a pediatric ENT where they decided to perform surgery the next day! Where as the other Pediatrician just gave us the runaround, Dr. Syed heard us and made things happen! Every appointment since we still feel just as welcomed and always have her undivided attention and knowledge! Everything we could've possibly ever wanted in a Pediatrician. We have found with her and her office.
