Metered parking is available on the street, although we arrived around 10pm on a Saturday and the parking app said it was free, so score! The gentleman at the front desk directed us to the elevator to take to the 12th floor. Top of the Park has two levels, I preferred the 2nd level only because the view is slightly better. It was a little chilly, but the heater lamps and fires made for a cozy atmosphere. The bartenders were friendly and my drink was tasty. I was just amazed with the attention to detail. Serving dishes, glass wear, full kitchen, sound system, two large screen televisions, and even games for the kiddos were all provided.
