Wow. I cannot tell you how above and beyond this crew goes. We just purchased a home and are doing a remodel + landscaping a yard that's been neglected for years. The team has gone above and beyond helping haul and clean up the yard and trash area. Since they do so many other jobs, I look forward to working with them on more home projects this year! Regarding the other review - I had the polar opposite experience. Not only was the communication timely and normal, when the team arrived they were on time, friendly, super sweet to our kiddo, and good guys. I'm sorry the other guy had a bad experience but I'd bet anything it was circumstantial and not normal bc we have hired Kaileb and his team twice this week and it was 5 stars in communication, punctuality, work done, and friendliness Update: we hired the crew to do a baseboard job. They were fantastic to work with! The guys are so friendly , professional, and problem solved when I wanted modern baseboard with bullnose corners. I couldn't really find a solution online that I liked but they innovated on the spot and we are so pleased. Our company has used Epic Construction twice now, and both times they were exceptional. They made the effort to give us an immediate quote and call back when other companies did not. Their open availability made our last minute move stress free. They were the only company we found with a one hour minimum instead of two. They were so efficient that what we thought would be a 3 hour job was done in under an hour. Our situation was pretty messy, but they handled it with professionalism. Not enough good things to say.
