They were pretty good through out the whole process. As soon as I signed the papers and before I made my first payment my mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo. I expected that no biggie. But when I hadn't recieved my tax forms for closing from them and tried to get in contact with them I come to find out they block all ex clients!!! Well that makes me regret the raving reviews I had given them, thank goodness I didn't give them any referrals because they don't deserve them if this is how they treat people. They got my money, sold me off and now I'm nothing, and I need forms from them and information, but I'm blocked and screened from their lives. Good luck if you go with them. read more
