Floors I had never seen before until the renovation. The hallway floors also had tile on them which was underneath the carpet. Lucky all the floors were still in pretty good shape. My original kitchen contractor had pulled up the carpet and tile and sanded them. However, we parted ways before the job was done and I reached out to AC&T to do the floors because of their great reviews. It was true. Kevin amd his team are great! Kevin initially came out and looked at my floors, talked to me about what I wanted to do, made suggestions. The price for us was good and so we booked with them. We stayed in an airbnb for a few days while they worked on the floors because I was having them stained and we wouldn't be able to walk on them. The team came in and re-sanded all the floors including the steps and made them so much better. They also reinforced the steps and filled in any wood gaps all around. I was quite pleased with their work and would highly recommend to others. Kevin and his team are totally professional and get the job done.

It had that many years of grim and dirt. They advised on staining, the wood grain and how to accent and show it off. They disassembled, picked the desk up, completely wrapped it in soft quilting and returned it the same. They exercised great care. It looks fabulous and I love how i turned out! All the hinges are now smooth, the locks and drawers smooth. I am want to find something else to have them finish. Earlier in the year i had a number of depression era night tables that I had thought of refinishing also. They advised as to the true quality and wouldn't waste my money on poor quality. I totally appreciated their expertise and their advice. They were wonderful. Made me wish I had paid more attention to all the sanding and staining my Dad tried to teach me as a kid and I refused to listen. It was like listening to him again with their advice and care.

Dan came over, checked things out, gave us a very competitive price and scheduled the project. The crew arrived, promptly (a big plus), got to the job and stripped two rooms and a stairway on day 1. Day 2 was a final sanding and the application of two coats of the finish. Day 3 was a light sanding and a final coat. The work was executed excellently. Communication was great and, we were informed at each step. Concerns and questions were addressed and resolved quickly. Dan and the guys are pros. I know that we'll be using them again. We have ALWAYS had to call them back atleast once every time due to errors on their end. Rough tub after them resurfacing, bubbling, etc. We completed a full bathroom renovation for a client and the tile guy put a chip in the brand new tub so we hired JM. When the job was "finished" they had made the brand new shiny smooth tub into a rough surface, oversprayed so there was a white substance all over the brand new tile around the tub, and the actual chip we hired them to fix was bubbling. We sent videos and photos to the office to provide to the technician that they were sending out to fix the job. They assured us it would be shared with the technician and supervisor. When the technician arrived he told them homeowner that he did not see what was wrong with the tub. The homeowner was annoyed at this point so we called the office and asked them to send out a supervisor. The next day noone was answering us about when a supervisor could come out. The following day we decided to hire another company as it was not fair for the homeowner to keep waiting while JM left us in the dark and ignored us. We emailed them explaining that we were hiring another company. The owner himself emailed us back stating that he did not appreciate us telling them via email that they did a horrible job as if we cursed or something much worse. We had paid the deposit with our credit card and they went ahead and charged us for the full amount of the job WITHOUT OUR CONSENT knowing that we had to hire another company and pay double. We honestly cannot believe how horrible their actual service and customer service is. We emailed them stating they are no allowed to just charge our card and we can't believe how little they care about not doing a good job and noone bothered to write back. We waited to write this review in hopes they would make things right. Do yourself a favor and stear clear!
