Initially, I wanted the white LED photo booth, but the venue I held my baby shower at could not accommodate it due to my dessert table, DJ, etc. Jeffrey luckily has another set-up that is adjustable and it fit perfectly He arrived early and dressed to impress. My friends and family had such a great time! I was late to my own baby shower, it was not a huge deal, because the photo booth kept all my guests occupied:) I cannot thank Jeffrey enough for making my party a hit! Horrible Customer Service!!!! I spoke to GRACE. She told me to come down to the office on a…read moresaturday morning to meet up with them for an in-house consultation. I got 2 other quotes from other decor vendors for our wedding. she said she would be able to match the quotes and offer a better price...INSTEAD, she FLAKED on our appointment. I call her at least 5 times, with the 2 numbers she gives me, but no answer. We drove all the way down to downtown LA to meet with this company and they wasted my TIME and GAS. they could've called me to cancel the appointment if they were busy, but lead me to believe that our appointment was still on schedule. they take super long to respond to emails. how can a company be part of the wedding industry if they cant even return your phone calls or emails. I would never deal with them again. their prices are not that cheap anyway. go with Finishing Touches in Corona or Amber Lighting in Anaheim. Grace, you flaked on the wrong person, sorry lady, im just being honest!

After receiving the worst costumer service from the other company, I decided to immediately go with Event Plus. Also, my wedding planner - and photographer highly recommended them as they do many businesses with them. Event Plus was very nice, prompt, and catered to my needs. John and Tara were very understanding and tried to accommodate to my needs and budget. I basically got what I wanted with a very nice deal. Furthermore, I live in San Diego, but had my wedding at the Nixon Library. So.. since I lived so far, John definitely understood that and we mainly communicated via phone and email. He responded very quickly to all my emails and phone calls. Also, being an indecisive bride who didn't know what she was doing. ... he was really patient with me!!! We communicated for several months until i finally made up my mind. He made the appointments with me based on my schedule and time, even with short notices from my end. I was very pleased with their service. They showed me books, samples, and went along with all my ideas while giving their input. I"m quiet surprised by all the negative reviews. I'm also surprised that their positive reviews got filtered out because I agree with a lot of their positive reviewers. Furthermore, I hired them for only the lighting and they all turned out perfect, except for the fact that the lights didn't really show as much as I wanted since the Richard Nixon Library main lights were so bright... but this wasn't their fault at all. The issue got fixed once I talked to staff members at the Richard Nixon Library. On the day of the wedding, they came 2 hours early and set up everything! I was definitely pleased by their service. Thank you Event Plus for being so patient with me and making my wedding so beautiful! Overall, I highly recommend them! Give them a chance as it is worth it!

An example is we included uplighting in our quote, but later realized that our DJ could provide them to us for free. We let JFox know and they refunded us the cost for the uplighting, which we found that many other vendors would not do. Typically, once it is contracted, you can always add but you cannot take back. We greatly appreciated the ease in being able to work with such a good vendor and we would recommend JFox for any of your lighting needs!

Brandon was so incredibly kind, understanding and willing to work with and accommodate our needs. He, on his own time, went to our venue 2 times ahead of the wedding to scout it and estimate needs. He was honest and didn't try to swindle us. He pointed out that he wanted to enhance the beauty of our historic venue and that would require very little additional lighting but done in the right way. He was definitely affordable and absolutely worth the cost. Originally, we were going to go without the lighting detail thinking that it was a splurge we simply couldn't afford. Brandon is SO talented and really- believe me, the lighting helped create a mood and set a beautiful, elegant tone. His work was so tasteful and simply perfect.
