The mitigation team did a great job removing damaged floors and walls and started the drying out process. About 2 weeks later after requesting things to get moving a estimate was performed and a few days after that the reconstruction program manager came by for about a hour answered some of our questions and said he would have the flooring and painting team reach out to me in the day or so. I sent information on some items that were on sale we would like have ordered to be installed in our master bath and to get them purchased. Those items were drop shipped a few weeks later. After numerous text and calls over a 3 week period no one else reached out to me. I shared my disappointment and reached out for the Director of construction to reach out to me with no return calls or emails. I even reached to others with the company to relay the message with no response after doing that. So I terminated Drymedic and had another contractor get started. Of course once I terminated their service, I was reached out to by Drymedic. I asked for the invoice for the vanity and faucets I had preordered so I could provide that to my insurance company for payment. Nothing was provided and I was told I would be billed. During reconstruction I also used the Drymedic pack out team for all of my contents. All of our belongings were packed and stored at their warehouse during the remodel of our home. At this point I was still willing to use their other services. Construction was completed about a month later by new contractors and all of my furnishings were brought back and unpacked by the Drymedic moving team. Insurance paid all of the fees for the Mitigation, Pack out, Storage return of my items. Contruction fees for the new contractors I had to hire. Forward to almost 4 months later I was just issued a final bill from DRYmedic for the vanity and faucets along with a bill based on 10% of written estimate charge of the whole construction job they previously quoted. I was told if I did not pay the bill it would be turned over to collections.

Drymedic contacted me because my agent gave them my phone number. I needed them for the rebuild. They sent a man out and he seemed real helpful. He took all the information and pictures and said they would contact me once everything was reviewed. I waited a week and then tried to find out what was going on. I sent emails, text, and voice mail messages. I received no call back, email or text. So, I waited till the next Monday and ended up calling another company. I can't tell you what kind of work they do. All they had to do is send me a text, saying they couldn't do the work. It's unacceptable to leave someone hanging.

ServiceMaster Restoration by Jouny - No sanded edges. No pre-painted trim anywhere. This being a wet surface, all this wood is going to rot because it's unprotected.

The clean-up facet of Service Master we dealt with were fantastic and took care to explain everything . Then we waited a month and were introduced to the franchise "Service Master by Jouny." That was where the nightmare began. "Mike" (Jouny) wasn't sure he wanted the job. They were overbooked. Then two guys in a dirty panel van showed up. They left their tools on my partner's dresser. On day two my kid fell down the stairs because the cardboard wasn't secured to the steps. They showed up an average of 1-3 hours late every day, which meant the job took two extra days to finish. There were raised voices one afternoon, and I discovered they had mounted our accent tile for the bathroom and threshold trim as the floor of the shower. The workers stopped talking to us and slap-dashed the room together, putting paint over fresh silicone or plaster that didn't adhere, and covering a piece of 1/4-inch greenboard with at least 2 inches of plaster with no seam tape or backing. When it cracked and I complained, they smeared more plaster over it. One of the workers broke the exposed shower drain and replace it without telling me or pulling permits. It was never inspected, nor approved. Last day of work, they didn't sand or paint any work on the stairs; everything is still rough finish, and they dumped their buckets of waste water on my garden flowers and AC condenser. Hours after officially firing ServiceMaster by Jouny and filing a complaint with my insurance company, a truck rolls up: "Carpet Cleaning by Jouny." Service Master is apparently a franchise, which means you can slap their name on your plastic lunchbox to look reputable. Even some other Service Master franchise owners won't work with this guy and avidly call him a crook. And now, so do I.

I reached out to this company and was assured they would come out to clean the driveway. They never came out. Reached out several more times to no avail. I do not recommend this company, In my opinion very poor service.
