Place is big, plenty of seating and though there were many people that it was not loud. People just doing their work and those working together were not disruptive. I actually do not like Starbucks back home, but this one is so big and has the biggest variety of pastries I've seen in one so, I'm a fan! Great place to get some work done and overdo it on the calories. Also good to note-wait staff here was Very pleasant! I don't speak Spanish and pretty much ordered my 2 drinks, a sandwich (which they helped me pick out) and a pastry in English and they did the best they could to understand and get it all right. They weren't rude about it either, as gringo's know people get frustrated and short with you when you don't know their language. Overall the best Starbucks I ever been to anywhere! Funny that I find it in Chile.

We were told that at times they give out numbers to get in but we went there at 3pm which is after lunch (almuerzo). We were happy to be seated outside in their lovely garden. As we saw great-looking plates "a lo pobre" going by, which means topped with a sunny-side egg, my husband was sorry he already had eggs for breakfast. Next time! This time we shared a "Sandwich Chileno" which had a thick, lean slice of pot roast, melted cheese atop lettuce, tomato and loads of avocado. More than enough for 2 with the fries it comes with! So tasty. So good. My husband had the "Schop Calafate" which is a beer to which they add the juice of the calafate berry from Patagonia which gives the beer a little tartness, color and slight sweetness. I had a natural fruit juice. For dessert we shared a big "Pata de Oso Grande" that I expected to be a Bear Claw but instead was a Palmera whose ends were dipped into the yummiest Belgian dark chocolate! And the "cortados" we had (coffee with milk) were very good too. We can't wait to return and try one of their pizzas, plateada a lo pobre or the Don Corleone the waiter recommended, a hamburger wrapped in pizza dough!! Great place.

Salads, pizzas, main dishes like lasagna and salmon in a lemon dill sauce, ice cream with different sauces, etc. etc. They even offer lunch specials - fixed menu. But I'll be back for their "tarta chocolate," a sugar crust filled with chocolate ganache and bitter sweet chocolate. Chocolate lovers' dream-come-true. Just the right level of sweetness. All their desserts look amazing, like the cheesecake covered with maracuya, a fruit. This place has it all: atmosphere, the waiters were all friendly and amazing eats and sweets.
