They did not charge me a cent even after I asked them to for all the work they did. They simply handed me their card and asked me to call in the future. We spoke for quite some time. Very nice guys. I gave them $40 for lunch. This happened a year ago and the system has been working fine ever since. Because of their great customer service, Stone is officially my go to septic service company.

Paid to have grease trap pumped. My wife meet guy who was nice enough. But when I got there he was…read morealready gone. Checked trap to find it was still caked with grease no scrap down of grease. Called them they said they were sending him back to do it right but he never showed. But they cashed the check right away. If u want it done right use someone else. Thanks for nothing. Update : the company did call and ask me to remove my review. I replied my trap is still covered in grease. They did however come back 2 weeks later and do the job right. I was promised a free grease trap cleaning on my next visit. Guess what they never showed.
