Had a great experience here with Larry, the branch manager. Insurance company was having issues booking a rental for me on their end and Larry and his staff were able to sort it out for me. My own car has been in body shop/insurance limbo for a MONTH now and there's nothing I want more than to be driving my FoST instead but Larry has been the silver lining in this entire ordeal. We rented a car and showed up at our reservation time, no cars available. We waited 3 hours for the first car to show up. The car that arrived was not the class we rented and they proceeded to charge us an upgrade fee which is absolutely insane as we waited 3 hours past our reservation time. Worst experience of my life.i had a reservation at noon asked all the appropriate questions, deposit total fees.etc get there to pick up the car after I waited 5 hours to be told the price wasn't what I was told , there was indeed a deposit ,oh that they completely wasted my time and day.they had zero vehicles and I wasn't the only one put off and waited to only be disappointed. I made a reservation on 3/25 to pick up a rental on 3/31 . I have a special event to attend in Nashville and wanted to rent a car rather than drive my own. My pick up time was 10:30am. I arrived at my scheduled time. I was greeted and told someone would be with me shortly. 3-4 minutes later a guy asked if I'd been helped I told him no and that I had a reservation. He looked up my reservation and said "Just one moment". Then he went whispering to the woman sitting at the desk. I knew this was some tomfoolery going on. This joker comes back to me and says they Don't Have ANY Vehicles!!! What the shiggity???!!! Then he has the nerve to give me the telephone number for the Rigby location and says I can call them to see if they have cars Ooo Enterprise you make me sick!!!!! I've worked in car rental and you mean to tell me that a reservation a week ahead catches you off guard that you can't hold a rental? I can't say I'd use Enterprise again. I normally don't and should not have trusted my special occasion to these clowns. Now I'm buying new tires for my car and will drive my own vehicle to Nashville. Thank God I have that option. I really can't say much other than thank you for the fantastic service. This guys are very personable, work with you, and let me tell you... the customers they had to deal with when I picked up and dropped off the car I rented, were extremely high maintenance!! I was about to tell them off!!! But these guys at Enterprise just kept their cool, and treated them just like they treated me: with dignity and respect! Aaannnd the following day I got a call from the manager asking me if all was to my liking!!! We had reserved a car at this location and went to pick it up at around 2pm and got there to find out they had no cars at all with them stating they were just about to call us .They didn't try to refer us to anybody at all just said they didn't have anymore cars. I wish the communication would have been better seeing as though we needed a car due to going out of town. Will not book here again but highly recommend either booking early and going to get the car right after. read more

Horrible experience! Walked in on Wednesday. They didn't have any cars available. I understand that. No problem. They told me they would make a reservation for that afternoon. I was told to call at 3PM. Called, no cars. Called again at 4 and 430. No cars. They transferred me to reservations and I reserved a car for 10 AM the next day. I show up at 10 exactly. No cars again. They said they would put me on waiting list. I was 3rd on the list. No way to run a rental car business. HORRIBLE! read more

They have cars in come in get whatever we have basis though, but the car I rented was a extremely nice ride without a luxury upgrade. Never have I ever had to deal with such unprofessional rude, horribly organized people before in my life. I made reservations the day before to have a Elantra ready for pick up at 1 pm. I get to the location to only be the last one helped and hour after my appointment for them to tell me they only have mini vans left, after I made a reservation, and now have been waiting 2 hours. The mini vans they had were old and huge and no way was I able to drive a huge mini van. They told me they will transfer me to the other location because they have cars, only to come to the new location and be told to wait in my car for 2 hours or in the sun and someone will help me out, I've wasted all day. These idiots are the most unprofessional morons I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I was in a car wreck yesterday and USAA set up this rental car for me. First, I went to the Dublin branch. I waited outside for five hours to find out no cars. Then I call a lady to set up an appointment for me to pick up a car. I went to the Rigby rd location to talk to a rude asshole asked me "do I look like I have any cars?" I then wasted more time by going to Watson Blvd locatin in Warner Robins. Again surrounded by incompetent people incapable of forward customer service. I'm a vet, I'm with USAA and I want to say one, Enterprise get out of the car rental business you suck at it! Two, iui f this covid crap is such a big deal, then set up appointments for people to show up with the car clean and ready! Wow, there is a novel concept! Check in process was a little delayed as there was a line, and it is Covid-19 season. Arrive at least an hour before your appointment to be timely processed from arrival to departure in the rental car. I experienced a strong lapse in communication as it pertains to extending my car service for 2 days. The Enterprise Representative Shika was not knowledgeable and very unclear on terms related to my extension. I asked explicitly if she would be honoring my Priceline matched rate per day to which she confirmed and even asked me if I'd like to charge my card on file for the extension of two days. She quoted me a price of $40.39 for the extension. I asked her if the insurance I'd purhased through Priceline would be matched and she had her manager, Robert come over to assist her in explaining that I would have to go through Priceline to file extension. Their verbiage was ambiguous and hard to understand, and they made promises they weren't able to verify. I asked specifically about if the car would be extended til the 18th, and Shika told me that she would be extending the car from my original pickup (the 14th) to the car return confirmed the 18th. After one and a half hours of phone conversations between Priceline and the insurance company I wasn't able to reach resolution and returned to the office to cancel my extension. The extension I found out had not even been processed. I would have driven the car for two extra days with penalty fees added to my account. I called for the manager Robert, again, and was given the run around about if I'd made an extension or not. I felt as if my intelligence was called into question as he would say that I made an "extension" from my original date of car rental reservation. His temper was a rude and brisk and my time was not taken into account. I will not be patroning this location in the future with this same management. Customer service is poor at best, and communication and logistics are in bad repair as well. I will be returning my vehicle on tomorrow at 10 am. read more

I rent from here often. They get very busy but do their best to work the line as quickly as possible. Ashley, the manager here on Watson used to work at the location off of Russell... I was very happy to see her move to the Watson location. Eboni and Meagan have always provided me with superb service. I come here by choice and I'm always pleased. A LOT of wasted time. This adventure started at about 745a when i phoned to the location about pick up on the military base at 830a. The young lady pulled up my reservation, and kindly let me know that they could only pick up outside of the gate. (That's fine, I'm okay with that). I decided to call a friend to just simply take me about 6 miles up the road to the branch to get there just to tell me that I couldn't pick up the rental at that time and I had to wait. (That could've been told me to over the phone when i called an hour ago, but ok) The rep tried to get me to get the rental early, for an extra 80 bucks, but I nicely declined that offer.. I come back after 2hrs, to a rep trying to FORCE me to use their insurance coverage after i knowingly declined it 8 different times, and tried to FORCE me to give my OVERSEAS insurance information, Finally, after advising the rep that i was doing a split tender, the rep still did the WRONG thing and my card was kicked back (i knew it would, which is why i gave instructions for the split tender) and then tell me that the card can't be ran again for 24hrs. But they will be closed ( so you really just wasted my time some more) and that i have to go to the branch 30 mins away (clearly im getting a rental, how will i get there sway?) So here I am, stranded in a hotel lobby with no rental car after traveling 24 hours from Europe. Woohoo. read more

i normally dont write review but i must say the customer service i received from the watson location was horrible, my customer service rep was megan and she was the worst of the worst i put in an order for a standard car she put me in a compact car which was dirty on the inside stains on the seat and when i asked her was the charge the same she lied for no apparent reason saying a 1 cent different in charge and no need to change it i let it go because i had a very important appointment to attend to. and the ride was the worst i have ever ridden i thought the car was going to break down to and from my destination. this location has left a bad thought fr me, the russell location has always treated my well. read more

I would like to file a formal complaint about my last two experiences renting a car from your Warner Robins, GA Location. Today's interaction has already been reported to your local Regional Manager Adrian , And also to my Direct GEICO Rep at ABRA Auto Body , Jared. I will Also be speaking with GEICO further when they call me again about my claim from the guy that hit my personal car just last week. This is very stressful and to have the level of service provided to me twice now is very upsetting and offensive. My GEICO rep is very upset as he agree with me , Enterprise works closely with GEICO and how upsetting your Employees are giving GEICO such a bad misrepresentation of the level of service they provide. GEICO is an outstanding company & The way that Megan spoke me today and Mostly how the Branch Manager Courtney Wilson spoke to me today is unforgettable. I am not sure if this is discrimination , something personal , I am not sure. But i can promise you the last time i used this enterprise location i swore to myself i would NEVER use enterprise ever again! Little did i know my GEICO rep already has Megan with Enterprise waiting when i dropped my Chevy at ABRA. Megan informed me i needed to park my car in a garage or car port Wednesday ( tomorrow) as we have bad storms rolling through again , and if hail hit the enterprise car , i would be liable for it. I right away got offended , because the last time i rented a car from them they called me after i left the car accusing me of "kicking the car door from the inside and causing a dent on the outside of the car". I clearly walked the car with your rep that morning and we verbally went over the minuet damages ALREADY on that Malibu. The rep made me feel like i threw this wild party in the rental and returned it after. This is not the case. That Malibu sat in a PRIVATE video surveillance car garage in Atlanta while i had the car for a short six hours that day , if that! My sisters truck was parked beside me the whole time , so if anyone hit me it would have been her!!! And , why after i have already returned the car , are they going to call and accuse me , After they have already moved the car in the lot from where i left it? As a manager myself , if i had a employee calling to accuse someone , i for sure would NOT move that vehicle from where that said accused customer has left the car! Because then its like , did the employee do it?? I also want to mention that During my first visit , Megan informed me that RCI Collision would be looking at the Malibu rental and that RCI would decide if they would fix the damages or not. I personally went to RCI and spoke with them while the Malibu was there , I was informed that they didn't even know why the car was brought to them as Enterprise should have known by looking at the car it was not something Enterprise would even bat an eye at. Dwayne and Sean both at RCI Collision were very professional and helpful and assured me not to worry about anything. One of them even told me that they have had complaints about this Enterprise location before. After Megan made the comments to me this morning about the possibility of hail damage if there are storms tomorrow , I no longer feel comfortable renting the car knowing how bad my last experience was about two months ago. That said , I decided to call And speak with Courtney , the branch manager to ask her questions about how it would pan out if that in fact happened to me. As a paying customer of Enterprise , and also GEICO , I am allowed to ask these questions about my car , and also the Enterprise car that my debit card was just swiped for! Courtney from the moment we got on the phone had an attitude and before i even stated my name , what kind of car i own or am currently renting , She cuts me off and asks me if i can the girl who just got the rental from ABRA. I am confused as to how she knows who i am with no info given, So i asked how she knew who i was , She said oh um i just knew we sent a rental to someone at ABRA. It was obvious i was talked about and that Megan was in the background still speaking about me, you could hear her! I asked Courtney if that is how it worked as far as weather being an act of God , and falling back on me etc.. She says yes , just like if it was your car that was hit with hail , Your insurance would cover it. Then she breaks down what my car insurance( she does not work for GEICO , so this is not her area to cover and irrelevant to what i was asking about) . I told her " Girl , i know what car insurance covers , i have paid for my own since the age of 16 , and im 30 now. I know what car insurance is for". Courtney then cuts me off very rudely and says , " Okay first off , Do not call me GIRL! And you can bring the rental car back right now! " . I said excuse me? I need to bring the car back right now? I always have a great experience with this particular rental office. They do their best to accommodate and give everyone waiting updates. This is the first time I've rented from them and they didn't have the type of vehicle I requested so I initially received an equivalent. Unfortunately, it was too small for my family size so I asked for an upgrade and received the best help with this. The only thing that bothers me (and this might just be an issue for the company overall) is the "pre-paid" gas. I feel that it's a bit of a rip-off to pay ahead of time for a full tank of gas when there is no telling where the needle will be when the car is returned, unless the customer empties it on purpose. It would be nice if there were a way that it could be paid for after the customer returns from their trip. It is cheaper for the customer to utilize the pre-paid gas option since gas is anywhere between $1.90 or more (depending upon where they are, however, the customer could be overpaying by about $10-$15. I'm sure this family owned company wouldn't want to overcharge. ;) read more
