Everything went well, starting from the first day I got the rental. I had booked online for the most economy rate package deal and when I showed up they upgraded me A different car at no extra cost since they had that one ready to go and they didn't make me wait. I've kept my own insurance and didn't add anything extra. The whole experience was excellent, I even fall in love with the car and they told me I could buy the car if I want it. I still love the car that was in the shop otherwise I would had considered the offer. I also was supposed to give back the car at noon but I've call that my car was not going to be ready til 1 and they even offer to waive the extra hour because of that. I guess if you call ahead to make sure would be helpful. I do recommend this location. read more

Be careful what you agree to. They have added insurance that they try to get you to buy and do not explain that it is per day! I have rented cars solely from Enterprise for many, many years. While it hasn't always been seamless, the myriad locations I used were consistently helpful when a problem did arise. Generally the biggest challenge was upon arrival, the car I reserved, was not available. Every time that happened, which was rare, I was given a true upgrade-a larger SUV or premium sedan. This past week, my first time to use this location, it started out that the driver who was to pick me up, was over 30 minutes late. When I arrived at the office, we completed the paperwork and ran my credit card. It was only after this, that I was notified that the mid-size SUV that I had requested, was not available but that I would be "upgraded". Imagine my dismay when I was led out to a hideous Dodge minivan!! This was by no means an upgrade and I refused it. There was no offer to check with other locations to procure the kind of vehicle I had wanted. Ultimately I accepted a small crossover that would cost less. The original charge for the higher priced rental could not be amended at that time but would have to wait until after the car was returned. On Sunday after hours, prior to my return of the car, I ran it through a car wash because of all the bugs. Upon arrival to the office, as I went to turn in the keys in the drop box, it was wide open. I left the car and kept the keys with the plan of having a driver pick them up the next morning. I called Enterprise customer service to let them know I was NOT turning in the car late and to please make a note regarding my phone call. The service rep actually suggested that I call the police!! What?? I can't make this stuff up. The next morning at 8:03 am, I called and requested to speak to a manager. The man with whom I spoke said he would be able to help me and assured me that a driver would be at my house within the hour to pick up the keys and that he was going to add a discount to my charge, "for all the trouble" I had experienced. Almost two hours later, no one had come to pick up the keys. I called and, once again, asked to speak to a manager. Chris, the manager, had no idea what I was talking about so obviously the first person with whom I had spoken, said nothing! I told Chris I would deliver the keys myself and he told me to ask for him. In the end, he apologized profusely and refunded the entire rental fee. I appreciate it but am also hopeful that this experience was a learning tool for this Enterprise rental location. read more
