Aboslute worst car rental agency there is. Their reservation system is a joke and a disgrace. I…read morehave made a car reservation weeks in advance through their website on 2 different occasions and each time I was told that despite my reservation there was no vehicle for me. I ended up getting a manager special discount on a smaller vehicle but complete lack or professionalism and seriousness. The best part is I keep getting these multiple recurring toll charges on my credit card even months after I rented the car. Complaint filed at OPC.
