Provided all the answers I asked of him about the rental, additional car insurance, the return policy, how the payments get processed and the why and when the deposit is needed for. He was very focused and explained everything very clearly. I would highly recommend using Target Rent a Car if you ever are traveling to Puerto Rica as they have locations all over the island. The return of the vehicle was just as professional and the attendant explained how the return works and when we should expect the deposit back.

While attending a funeral for a family member our car had some problems. We bypassed a 75 person taxi line by…read morecalling the day before and reserving a taxi for the ride from Luis Munoz airport to the St. Regis Bahia Beach. the ride was fairly priced and far cheaper than the options provided by the resort. During the ride to the hotel, we also booked a return trip with Johnny. He was waiting for us with a sign during both legs of our trip, helpful with our bags and tremendously friendly, sharing local knowledge and recommendations. He also stopped and waited for 15 minutes at the grocery store on the way to the hotel which allowed us to get drinks and snacks to help save a little cash at the resort. We even had little toddlers and babies with us and he was very patient when they were crying in the right there. He gave us the time that we all needed in the the water to experience the magic. A nice dinner was a pleasant surprise before we hit sunset and got on the boat. Our cost was $398 for a couple. Pretty steep, but a once in a lifetime experience.
