I asked them for advice on a vehicle and they said they were sure they could fix it then it sat there for months because I said it wasn't a huge rush.. learned my lesson there. Then I called multiple times asking and they said they didn't have time until they finally looked at it replaced the starter that I had a warranty on and could have replaced for free and then wanted to charge me over 600 bucks with no explanation besides they can't fix it. I asked when they called me for an explanation of what was wrong and why it was so much to not fix it and they fought me on that then I told them that day my good friend died I really didn't want to be dealing with this that day and apparently that made me "rude" so they charged me an extra 200 dollars to hold my van there when they took months to even look at it. The lady I spoke to was rude from the moment I answered the phone. I am in customer service all day every day and would not have a job if I talked to people how she does. They also boxed the van in so I couldn't even get to it to tow it and continued charging me.

Fantastic auto repair shop I had the misfortune to need in the middle of a road trip. My Honda's…read morealternator died just as I was about to hop on I-90W to finish the last 700 miles of a journey. AAA helped me to find this shop and they have been extremely helpful and fantastic to work with. I had to stay overnight for a new alternator to be brought in. They fetched my car from where it died and dropped me off a hotel. Part they had shipped in was bad, so they made a special trip to Sioux Falls (2 hour round trip) to get yet another one so I wouldn't have to delay my travels yet another day. All the mechanics have been courteous and very helpful.

Also, 15 year old cars break. The repair shop is in no way responsible for a 15 year old car breaking. Think about it. The automotive repair service is challenging enough without folks running their cars ragged for 15 years and expecting the shop to take the heat for it.
