If you need maintenance they have some of the worst people you could ever have work on your trailer. It'll look worse than when you brought it in. Oh and if they damage something it was like that before you brought it in. The worst isn't going back to talk about how bad they did. It's that the guy running the place will smile at you and let you know that your business isn't even needed. I would recommend any other rv store than this one!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable -- real hospitality, not just the usual routine. Whether you're passing through or staying a few nights, this place has that classic charm mixed with modern comfort. The atmosphere felt personal and authentic -- exactly what you want from a smaller, independent motel. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and honestly impressed. Would 100% recommend The Romeo Motel to anyone looking for great value, friendly service, and an unforgettable experience.

This is a 4 star review for a 2 star hotel. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this place,…read moreit's just very basic. It was clean, the A/C in the room worked well, and the bed was comfortable. We stayed here because we had a wedding reception up this way and didn't want to drive home. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, sugary cereals, low fat artificially sweetened yogurt, coffee mate instead of 1/2+1/2, and bread products. The coffee was good though. There is an indoor pool - but who wants to swim indoors in the summer - not me. Several of the guests stayed here - so after we returned from the reception we all hung out together in the lobby area at the tables. The clerk was nice enough to let us drink and chat past midnight without kicking us out. It served its purpose, but certainly wouldn't be a destination!

The front desk staff were super nice and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was actually pretty comfy. The water pressure for showers was good. There is a small indoor pool for the kids. Overall we were pretty happy with our stay. The Negatives - The continental breakfast was just a bunch of breakfast bars, cereal dispensers with milk in the fridge and some coffee. Basically grab and go snacks. The pool was a bit cold, I think they already turned the heater off for summer. We had to put towels at bottom of hotel room door because so much light beamed through. The room we stayed in didn't offer a lot of plugs to charge devices. But that's pretty much it for the bad. We will for sure use this location again when we are in the area for baseball tournaments.

Located in Lake Orion, it's not as far of a drive as Bronners. But has some of the same great qualities. They have a Christmas shop that is enormous. You can buy trees or anything you want here. They have a huge assortment of different themed ornaments. So you can find that perfect gift for just about anyone. They have a really cool old fashioned carousel. My son used to love to ride on this when he was little. They have a quilt shop and a clock repair shop. They have a shop that sells yates cider mills products. Mmm. My favorites? They have a Dept 56 shop. Its huge and features everything you can imagine. It's heaven for collectors. They even have items that are discontinued. The king's Court Castle is really nice for wedding venues. But we come simply for the C pub. Its a Scottish pub with authentic food and delicious beer. They have food truck features at Canterbury and other cool themed things. We have come for a hogwarts express theme. I love Harry Potter. Like I am kind of obsessed. So this was one of my favorite things ever. This is a place that is fun for the whole family. But honestly, I don't mind coming alone either haha.

It's only about a 45 minute drive from us too, not too bad. We decided to take a BR off roading for a test run to see how well it handles a while ago. This is where we have taken the 4 wheeler for a spin as well. The BR loves the anything that isn't smooth, thus why it has a durable skid plate on it to protect the engine after all. Great shocks and suspension to defeat uneven terrain Keep in mind you will need a flag and mounted on the front. Make sure you have the right bracket for the front mount. Most ATVs and 4-wheelers only require the flags in the front, but vehicles are required in the front. Gotta love the steep hills, the mud ruts, the rocky terrains. It's a good weekend all terrain park that's not too far away.
