The 1st car I received was a Rogue and it was dirty. There was mud on the drivers side floor board and the outside looked like it had not been washed. It was worth going back in to the location and it was late so I just delt with it. The car was very basic with no extra features. It drove like it needed maintenance. When it took off it would sputter and it just didn't feel right. I drive rentals all the time and they typically feel like you are driving a new / well maintained vehicle. This one was not like that. The 2nd vehicle was a Sentra. It drove nicely, but it had marks on the outside of the car from tape being used to keep the doors shut. When you pay this much to rent a car, the car should look nice.

Took 30 minutes to service the gal in front of me and roughly the same to the guy after me. I ended up renting through Avis a booth down in 3 minutes flat, no credit issues. What a headache after delayed flights. Now I have to fight to get my money back in n a non-refundable car from Hertz. Awful. That guy shouldn't be doing this job if he can't properly run people's info.

I am extremely disappointed with how Enterprise handled my personal contact information during my…read morerecent rental. Enterprise provided my alternate/emergency contact phone number to an outside repair facility without my permission. After I filed a privacy complaint, Enterprise acknowledged in writing that although the employee may have been trying to help, giving the repair facility my alternate phone number did not follow Enterprise's standard process. What makes this even more frustrating is that the repair facility already had my correct, working phone number and had been communicating with me by text numerous times. They simply did not call me. There was no reason for Enterprise to provide them with another person's phone number. Enterprise stated that the proper procedure would have been for the branch to contact me directly and ask me to contact the repair facility. That is exactly what should have happened. Instead, my alternate contact information was disclosed to an outside company without my knowledge or consent. Enterprise has since apologized, stated that the repair facility removed the number from its system, and said the issue was addressed with the branch employees. I appreciate that acknowledgment, but it does not change the fact that my personal information was shared improperly in the first place. Customers provide alternate or emergency contact information with the expectation that it will be handled responsibly--not passed along to an outside business because it is more convenient. Privacy and communication matter. Based on this experience, I am very disappointed in Enterprise and have lost confidence in how this location handles customers' personal information.

Got a decent discount and the counter is located inside the Lawton airport, so that was a plus. We were out there for a week for a wedding. We were told online that we had to return the car after 10am because the desk was not open until then, however we found out at the desk (in person) that they are there much earlier than that. So if you are booking online, keep that in mind. Check out was super easy and we walked out to the lot and found our mid-sized sedan easily and quickly. The car was clean and in great condition too. We used the car for a day and a half and just before the wedding as we were dressing and getting ready to go send her down the aisle, we noticed that a tire had a bubble in it! I sent a text to branch manager Ashley, who had sent us a text earlier welcoming us. She immediately called us back and within 20 minutes we had a new (and upgraded) car delivered to our VRBO!! Now that is AMAZING Customer Service!! It gave a stressed Father of the Bride much peace of mind. This was the worse car rental experience ever. First, they…read morerented out my car that I reserved claiming I was supposed to pick it up at noon. I was 30,000 ft above Oregon at noon and never , ever claimed I'd be picking it up at noon. Second, the car we were given Had mechanical issues and we had to change cars in ft, Collins , Colorado. To top it all off, they double charged our credit card and still trying to resolve that issue. You'd think if these guys rented cars everyday, They would know how to do it right. Just an all around pain and headache.
