Rented a stinky filthy car. Still waiting to get email and physically my contract but different story every day. After the change the insurance rate on my contract and add additional day. And other hidden fees ! Please be aware that you will be scammed lied and overcharged on your credit card. They will never do what they said like call you back or send you email or refund as they say. Poor service and disappointed overall for dealing with them. Warning as I found this is not the first time they do this. They Don't have a bbb and if they have it will be F! I know the lie and can't send me the contract or confirm a proof a month after return the car. We are only talking of $200 different on my bill after they got the car rented for 34 days ... for $ 1986.89 Do you really think I spend all this time and efforts if I wasn't sure they are scamming and stealing ? Don't rent or agree to pick up a car there as you want be fooled and scammed. Shame on them and there service.

The customer service was fine didn't have any issues with getting a vehicle and was quick and easy the problem is the vehicle themselves. I mean I'm not gonna say what that is in the back seat and passenger seat all those marks but we all know what those white marks are. I find this to be extremely extremely disgusting I get these are rental vehicles but people need to be penalized for this crap and they need to either clean these issues or take the car out of service. This is extremely disturbing. Please take vehicles out of service that are not in good condition or really clean them and penalize people who do this to them.

I booked a…read morerental car through Expedia for my sister-in-law,(everything under her name) and when she arrived to pick it up, they claimed they could not find the reservation at all, even with Expedia confirmation number and email. Because it was the holiday season and we urgently needed a car, we had no choice but to book directly through Hertz on the spot which ended up costing way more. Not only did I pay through Expedia, but I also had to pay Hertz directly. Then came a ton of extra fees that were never mentioned upfront. To make things worse, our credit card ended up with a $600+ pending charge. The craziest part of all of this? Even though they kept insisting they couldn't locate the Expedia reservation, every contract and receipt they emailed went straight to MY email showing they obviously had the reservation under my information the whole time. My sister-in-law gave them her details and was physically standing there, but somehow they "couldn't find" anything? This entire situation was unprofessional, stressful, and costly. Never again will I book with Hertz.

Reserved our car Feb.1 for a March 21. 9a.m. pick up for 6 nights. We reserved a 7 seater…read more(traveling with family). The evening before our pick up date 5:30pm we get a call saying the vehicle we reserved is not available and they only have a 5 seater. The excuse was it was Spring Break. So what is the point of renting a car almost 2 months in advance? We had to scramble to get another car for the extra 2 people. So we had to pay for 2 rental cars. When we picked it up, they said we would get a discount. We returned the car, had to wait over 30 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us as the guy behind the counter was too busy flirty with the 2 girls that were there. Finally gets to us and gives a discount of $80. That's it, for us having to get an entire other vehicle, double the gas, double the tolls, double the parking fees. I am highly disappointed. No apology as well.
