Hello, Would like to send another shout out to this Enterprise location! This time we would like to give a shout out to Brie for showing my family a high level of professionalism as we returned our much extended van rental. Again, not sure why this branch is getting less than stellar reviews as my family and I are getting fantastic service time and time again. Keep up the great work everyone! Kindly, Paul read more

Made reservations back in January for a mini-van to take on vacation to New Orleans for Spring Break. We get there today to pick up the mini-van and all they have available is a Mitsubishi Mirage. Literally smaller than the vehicle we currently own. We're leaving tomorrow for our trip. Another lady there had made reservations back in December for a mini-van/SUV to take herself and four college students on a mission trip, same offer. No notice, no notification, no contact whatsoever that they couldn't fulfill our reservation. If I could leave zero stars I would. read more

Terrible customer service. My rental I have paid $2200 for the last 3 weeks had a flat tire. No spare no donut. Enterprise towed it yesterday at 5PM. Promised me a car at 7:30 the next morning. No car. 9:30 am they would have one. (They didn't). Whole entire time they can't locate where the car they had towed is at. I've already paid $202 extra just for yesterday and today and I haven't had the vehicle. I've been on hold for 29 minutes without them even saying a word or to please hold. This is an insane terrible experience. After I've spent $2200 in 3 weeks on this rental car. They can't even find where they sent it or put me in another or give me a phone call. The worst experience and customer service I've ever experienced. read more

Worst business I have ever dealt with. Made reservation to rent a mid size SUV for travel and was supposed to come pick up @ 2. We were running late so my husband called them to let them know only to find out our car wasn't there/ready anyways (1;45pm). Rep said they wanted to call but couldn't find our number which ended up being a dang lie ... my husband gave his number again and they say they will call back when it's ready... we wait 'til 3:30, no call, so my husband calls back and a diff rep answers, still no car... we wait another hour and call back, still NO CAR ... we waited 'til 6 wondering if they were ever going to call us back to let us know anything... NO CALL AT ALL. What kind of business runs like this? Not to mention why we making reservations when they don't reserve anything for you to begin with????? read more

Had to rent after our wreck. Despite the reviews the customer service was excellent from Brandon, Tomas and the manager KJ. They were BUSY on Saturday and they were rolling through customers quickly and communicated great. Appreciate yall! read more

As I've come to learn, an Enterprise experience is never going to be a positive one- but the people at this branch are so bad it actually deserves review. However, it does not deserve my specificity. Just learn how to run a business or find people that can. I'll be your consult if you want but every step of service at this location is broken and laughable. read more

Came on a really busy day, but every employee was kind and caring and efficient. Wonderful customer service. CJ in specific helped me and multiple other customers at the same time, managing to stay respectful while dealing with difficult situations. read more

Let me tell you what happened to me today. I reserved a car last night. I dropped my car off at the ford place in Conway and walked to enterprise. It's hot. I'm sweaty. I get there and wait because there is only one person at the counter with a room full of customers. When they finally get to me and take my drivers license, she then tells me sorry they have no car for me. They say they tried to contact me (they didn't ). Next person please. No offer to help or call other rental places. They left me stranded and I trusted them. I will never trust this company again, especially not the Conway branch. read more

We had called made a reservation which was confirmed through 2 separate individuals working for enterprise 2 separate days that confirmed the reservation and price what we needed to have when picking up the reserved vehicle. We was dropped off with all that was needed after we had went through all the paper work it we had went though got the car and the guy went and got his manager and all of a sudden it jumped over 150$ which nothing was added nothing was subtracted just so I tried putting a partial payment on my sister's account and they said no and we could not put money on the card at the bank read more

Wow thought the customer service couldn't get worse at this location. It has. Rude and unprofessional. Finally got in my midsize rental (I had reserved a luxury however they were out) and the car was filthy. Apparently it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Asked if they could touch it up before I left and was told I was responsible for it. Why would anyone rent from this particular location. read more

I wish you could give negative stars. These people don't answer or they will answer and hang up. My latest experience they picked up set the phone on the desk and continued to talk laugh carry on even commenting on me saying hello. They are the worst car rental place to deal with on every aspect. Bills are wrong, they won't fix them. (I have been calling them for two months nothing has changed.) the employees are a joke. Don't even bother with it. MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. Save your self. Go to hertz. Update they just asked me to send them the rental information. - just explained my experience- that their store in Conway is horrible and people answer the phone and set it down, they don't talk to you about what you need or want to rent. Obviously I don't have a freaking rental agreement number or any of that. THEY NEVER ACTUALLY SPOKE TO ME THEY SPOKE TO EACH OTHER. - also, past rental recipes I don't have. But my experience the day I posted this review - people just answer an lay it on the desk an talk to other employees, even heard the door ding and all the voices went away, person said hello hello is anyone here! /- no one came and I heard a ding the I heard the employees again. Some one in this company needs to look at who was working the Conway store on that date and fire people. read more

Insurance adjuster had confirmed reservation for specific day. Received a call day before scheduled pick up and was told they had been trying to reach me (they had not) and left a voice mail (they had not.) They said they did not have a car available the day I needed. I had a friend call a few minutes later and they confirmed they had, "several cars available. We have cars, pickups, and SUV's," for day they just told me they had nothing. The rental rep lied. Enterprise canceled a standing reservation one day in advance. This is for the Conway Arkansas Enterprise. read more

Unbelievably horrible service. We reserved an SUV for our vacation several weeks ago. When we came to pick up the car, they told us they didn't have any SUVs. They offered to "upgrade" us to a pick up truck that we politely declined since I am height challenged. They only had two other cars in their fleet - a Dodge Caravan and a Dodge Charger. What was the point in making a reservation? They didn't even bother to call us to let us know ahead of time. Poor fleet management and poor customer service. read more

I was here at there Conway, AR location which there Inventory was not much to choose from, I picked a Nissan Maxim on my reservation, and when I got there they did not even have that car which a Lincoln was there, instead of letting me pick this vehicle, Mr. Nick M told me No because It was going though my insurance and I needed a credit card, which states in there policy I can use my debit card among other method of payment, he then called me "Buddy" and said if he let me use my debit card he will lose his job.... How can you lose you job when my insurance is paying for what ever rental I choose, I will never use this company again, Customer Service was just plain out Bad read more

I could go any lower than I would. I showed up to pick up a truck that I had previously made a reservation to pick up. They tell me they have no pick up truck for me to rent. I'm willing to compromise, though they are not. I ask about another vehicle they tell me they can't do anything to help. They will call me when they have something available. So what's the point in making resolutions? read more

I found this branch by "accident". On a late Friday afternoon after someone turned left in front of me I was in desperate need of a rental truck. The staff here was great. To say I was not in a good mood would be a huge understatement. But the whole crew came out and really made me feel welcomed and actually made the experience something I will remember for a long time. Thanks to the whole crew. You made not my best day infinitely better. Even though it was a Dodge. read more

Did you know you can save hundreds of dollars by NOT renting cars at the airport but finding a rental further into town? Read that on the internet. That's what I did when I flew into Little Rock. I had my son drive me to Conway where they lived and rented a car through Enterprise. Last year I got a Prius at the airport but paid over $200 more. I got an Aveo this time but saved $200 by renting within town. The drawback was..the Aveo..2009, mind you, had no CD player, only a radio. That sucked since I had burned eight CDs to play! It had no power windows either..just the good old roll 'em up with yer muscles' kind. And about the second day visiting my family in Alabama, the car wouldn't start. Dead as roadkill. My brother-in-law, who is very good with cars, looked it over and told me the battery cables were loose. When he tightened them, it ran good. I had no other problem with the car except finding a radio station with progressive music. When I returned it yesterday, I made mention that the car didn't have a CD player to the agent checking me in. His reply? "Oh really"? That was it. No explanation or any other comment. Guess it's my fault for not looking the car over to begin with. Ask questions!! Not a bad car rental experience but I will be wiser next time I rent a car. read more

I recently required a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. The staff here was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. made a reservation, get call 20 min. before they open up on the day of rental pickup, I have no reservation, they are overbooked and say they just won't have one today, I ask about tomorrow, they say maybe but not hopeful, how the attorney general does not step in is beyond me, hey all of you getting the middle finger also, call fill out a complaint form online from the arkansas.gov website to the attorney general. a reservation does NOT mean a reservation with Enterprise, oh yea and one more thing, they seriously, I mean seriously suck so I did call corporate and told them the problem - to which they clutch their pearls and say it is unacceptable and I will definitely get my car today, and a member of management would be calling me shortly to tell me when to go get my car - so tick toc, tick toc, tick toc....9 hrs later nobody has called - I called the local Enterprise office again and asked if corporate called them and would I be able to get the vehicle I reserved or any vehicle - big fat no, corporate did not call them and they have none- soooo when you expose them for what they commonly do every single day - they act surprised - I tell you folks this is a cardboard cutout of customer service - put this online and they pretent they are concerned and will help - it is one big fat lie - call Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin or go online to arkansas.gov then click the attorney general- then file a comsumer complaint tab - TODAY IS MAY 4, I CALL FOR A CAR PRETENDING I AM SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE ONE, BUT...THEY STILL HAVE NOT CALLED ME FOR A CAR THEY PROMISED ME TWO DAYS AGO. WHEN I TOLD THEM WHO I WAS AND WHY WERE THEY GIVING AWAY MY CAR THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME FOR TWO DAYS THEY GUY GOT SNARKY AND SAID THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I SPOKE WITH IS NOT REALLY CONNECTED TO THEM....BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA read more

Yes I love the company but this location is the worst. I've never experienced such rude behavior from any enterprise representative before. This started off horrible when the representative called to confirm the reservation and then informed me that I was on the lowest of the totem poll and for my full-size vehicle I would have to take a mini van. That was not the issue with taking a mini van but how she spoke to me was. Then once I arrived to pick up the vehicle the attendant was rude and upset that I was late for pick up and told me I would have to wait 30 minutes outside. She would not give me any straight forward answers and was very smug about the situation she made me wish I had never made a reservation in the first place from her nasty demeanor. I am very sad at this experience. read more

The bald white manager that works there is extremely rude and condescending. I don't like how he treated and talked to me. When returning the car I was treated nice by the other employees. I do like enterprise but the manger there will make me think twice about returning. It's not good costumer service to treat your costumers that way. read more

My friend decided to rent a vehicle for a trip out of state since our company has a contract with enterprise. He had a confirmed reservation and when he got to the Enterprise office, he ended up having to wait almost an hour before he was able to leave. When he got in the car, it wasn't very clean and the gas tank was low on gas. He had to go fill up, and wash the windows his self so his view was not obstructed. The car did not have cruise control when he specifically asked for one that did. While on the trip it started raining and the windshield wipers needed replaced and just smeared the rain. He returned the car early on a Sunday leaving it with much more gas than it had when he picked it up, and as he was getting his paperwork out of the glove box behold it turns out he had been driving around with a illegal substance in the glove compartment. He was very upset, dumped it out on the ground as he didn't want it coming back on him, and left. Then two days later on a Tuesday, he got a call from Enterprise stating he owed over $100.00. It took some time on the phone to get them to realize they were in error. Overall his experience was not a good one at this branch of Enterprise. He will not be returning to the business and wanted to post this review of his honest experience for people thinking about renting from them. The positive sides include that the car was a new model, and the staff were friendly while he was renting the vehicle. read more

I have rented from many enterprise before and been happy but this location is terrible. They advertise they pick you up but not here. Never any help there, they don't answer their phone ever. Also when you ask for a smaller car they never have it. They don't even price the vehicle per contracts they have with insurance companies. My advice is unless you want a lot of headaches don't ever rent from this location. read more

Not sure why this location doesn't have five stars from other reviewer's but what I have to say is these guys that work there are terrific. They are courteous, friendly, look at you in the eye when they speak to you, they call the next day to see if everything is going OK, they answer any questions you may have. I've been there twice in the last two months. Every customer they interacted with was first-class service. Everybody was smiling and happy to be there. That goes for the workers and the customers. No grouches there. They even picked me up at my house and drop me back off when I was done with the car. I will never go anywhere else if I need to Rent-A-Car in Conway Arkansas. read more

I came in here from an auto accident and they were extremely particular about every piece of information needed. The front desk attendant(Eric) was very impersonal and after having some issues with not taking my identification he checked with his supervisor to whether it was an acceptable form of identification. After being declined I asked him if another form of identification would be acceptable and he informed me with his supervisor 10 feet away that she would say the same thing after politely being asked to check with her. I had to press him nicely to ask her. The supervisor was congenial enough to explain to me the situation after she made the initial effort. Hours later I came back with the required information and the supervisor looked to be out for the day. I had troubles finding my credit card and tried to use a relatives(that had been in there hours before). The same front desk attendant looked at my credit card and started smirking and explained to me that he wouldn't take anything with my name. I returned with a credit card with my name on it and slid it on the counter. The front attendant smirked to his coworker next to him. Minutes later after filing out the paperwork as I was in the mood to just do the inspection and drive off he confronted me in a very close manner asking me if "He had upset or insulted me?" At this point I felt like he was baiting me and told him to do the inspection, give me his name and the corporate number, and hand me the keys. He promptly brought the subject up several more times without a supervisor present and I directed him to finishing the walk around. Upon inspection, at first he failed to note key scratches with writing on the fuel door until my mother came(the same person who'd came in with me prior) and did an inspection herself and mentioned it to him. Promptly after he passed it. I was then given the keys and he explained to me he was hired for "Customer Satisfaction". Explain to me what a young kid not looking a day over 20 understands about customer service. I'm a much older person that did not appreciate the work ethic of someone who had been working there "3 months". What a joke. I have been here several times before and had good experiences. But this time was a joke.. It must be nice to give impersonal service and read a script all day long. I will speak to the supervisor in charge of this shortly and send a letter to the corporate office. read more

Horrible experience!!! I made a reservation 3 weeks prior to the rental of a minivan. This reservation was for my family to travel out of state to my daughter's wedding. We were ready to go, or so we thought!! On the pick up date, we drove to Conway AR to pick up our reserved minivan. When we arrived, we were informed that there was no minivan available. We were offered a 15-passenger van "for the same price". If I had wanted a 15-passenger van, then I would have reserved one. I did not want an uncomfortable, gas guzzling van. We were told to leave and check back later so that they could check with other renters to see if they could turn their minivan rental in early. Several hours later we still had not heard anything so we called the Conway location. We were told that they still had not located a minivan for us but they still had the 15-passenger van that they could give us at the same price. Disappointed with the Conway location,we called the 800 # for Enterprise. After explaining the situation and getting transferred to several people, we were told that there were no minivans available in Arkansas and they would have the regional manager call us. Needless to say, we never heard from any regional manager or anybody else. About 4 pm, the Conway Enterprise called to inform us that "they would not be able to fulfill our reservation for a minivan". No explanation, no "I'm sorry", no solutions, no resolutions, nothing!! That was the last time we heard from Enterprise. No regional manager ever called. I would not recommend this Enterprise location!! read more
