Worst service ever received. My husband and I have used Enterprise frequently over the past few years and at every office we have received excellent service. BUT at this office in Carlisle, PA, my husband was treated rudely and the man was not only unprofessional, he refused to rent a car to my husband. We have been in their computer system for several years, never had any issues at all--yet my husband was refused service. This is totally unacceptable.
My husband was forced to travel about 20 miles away to Mechanicsburg, PA, to rent a car. At that Enterprise office, he was welcomed with respect and helped immediately by Tevyn Monismith and Parth Patel, a management trainee and the assistant manager.
