I had felt that they might overcharging me for routine repairs, but I figured that they were a family owned business going way back and wouldn't cheat a senior citizen - boy was I wrong! I needed a rear brake job, and they told me it could cost as much as $1200. When I picked it up, they wanted over $1900! When I complained, they allowed me to pay cash and take off the tax, so my cost was somewhere in the $1700s. I called around, and got quotes in the $400 to $600 range, so Ii went back to them. They said they used the best parts. I told them that they should have told me the price range with various parts and that they had taken that choice away from me, but the young mechanic stuck to his guns until I asked to see the owner - then he took out his wallet and gave me $400 cash - so my cost was not in the $1300s. Then it got WORSE! I found that I had no emergency brakes! I went to another shop who told me that Cooney had not bothered to reconnect my emergency brakes when they did the brake job - they showed me, and it was obvious. NO EMERGENCY BRAKES!!! So I went back to Cooney, talked to the owners, and demanded a complete refund. They thought about it for 24 hrs, called me, and offered to reconnect the emergency brakes, but would give no further refund. I told them that I could not trust them, and went elsewhere to get it done. I later asked the local Chrysler dealership what they would have charged me for the rear brake job, and they quoted well under $1000 with OEM parts, whereas Conney's initial bill was almost $2000! (Cooney's later argued that Chrysler would have charged me $2500.) These are all facts. Draw your own conclusions!

She was great!! Nothing was too much!! When we bought the car she took us over and introduced us to Affran. He was so nice also!! He told us all about the financing and the warranty. The tires that came with it were in rough shape too. NOW...took the Jeep to my Jeep dealership for them to look at the wheels and tires and they told me that the wheels were from an older vehicle and the tires were most likely off an older Jeep. The engine was caked with mud but the body was great. The Jeep dealership stated that the most likely factor as to why the wheels and tires and the lack of accessories were not in great shape and the accessories were not in the purchase, is that someone connected to the dealership had switched out their own wheels and tires with the better set; thus I got their worn out set. This same person also most likely had taken the accessories for themselves...thus vehicle sold as is. I had a hunch of this, and to me this is the most logical explanation as to why I (the customer) got the shitty end of the stick. I have no confidence in the business they run and what goes on behind closed doors. In regards to all the mud...seems like someone had enjoyed a few dealer off-road excursions and just left the mess for me to clean up. Do I recommend Bayview...at this point absolutely not! Just a gut feel of deviant dealings.

The friend had a debt with U-Haul they were unaware of, and couldn't pay on the spot. I found another friend to help instead but Uhaul now says I can't rent at all because of my first friend's personal debt??!! Be careful who you ask to be an authorized driver if you don't drive or have a truck, because your name will also be rendered ineligible until the separate debt is paid off! Greasy Uhaul tactics for debt collection...rent elsewhere or privately! Hope they go bankrupt I will never rent from Uhaul again They also try to defame you by replying to your review with false debt collection efforts Pathetic! File privacy and BBB complaints for all collected personal information by U-Haul they then misuse with tacky 3rd party debt collection efforts, which violates privacy law standards. Smart talking staff are actually dumb.

Still they took my car in at 10am and returned it after 40 minutes. When asked for time delay, Allan behaved rudely. They have bigger poster of mission statement to save time of customer and pictures of their accomplishments which I believe are fake fo sure. Now I get that why I didn't saw any Award of Excellence after 2020 on their wall. Dont go to that store if you want to save yourself from excessively long wait time and hefty price.

Her body shape(my daughter's) then changed and the dress did not look good on her. She was told that it would be able to be altered no problem. A seamstress said different. She asked for a refund and was told no. She asked to return the dress and use it as credit towards another and she was told no, they didn't do that. I guess they lied because she later heard one of them say something about a dress being there on consignment . She was told to sell the dress on Kijiji. Which ever women it was, brought the dress out to my daughter to take home and said that she didn't think there was anything left owing on it. I said to my daughter...I hope not...at which point I was snapped at by the women saying that she didn't do the paper work so she didn't know and she only was there a couple of days a week. My daughter later told me outside that it was her who did the paper work. I was so angry I could not speak and just glared at the women. This place cares about making money and not about helping or pleasing the bride (and her family) We took our business to All Dressed In White and I suggest the same to anyone else. Sent my daughter into Star Auto glass for a new windshield she paid for it , good job done until 33…read moredays after when a crack at the bottom showed , she went back in and a tech pulled it apart and said Yep Our fault never cleaned the body well ,the hole bottom of the windshield had small cracks in it but you could only see the one that started to climb up in to view. The tech said that they would fix it but she would have to make an appointment because they would have to order in a new windshield so later the Bose called her on her cell phone and said No because they have a 30 day policy not a 33 day policy. Well I think that really sucks if it was their fault they should fix it 3 days over or not!!! I will not be using this company again if they take advantage of a female then us males must change the way we do business..
