Sandi is AMAZING. I was looking for relief after some very bad surgical complications. She helped relieve my anxiety, insomnia, swelling and a whole host of other issues. I highly recommend her. It is the best money I have spent in a long time. Will be returning as often as I can. read more

I worked with Sandi over a period of 3 months this past winter. Having not heard about BodyTalk before, I was initially unsure what to expect. Sandi's calming presence put me at ease and I felt interested by the integration of different modalities (TCM/acupressure/Reiki) and the idea of communicating with and releasing stored energy in the body that was contributing to physical and emotional problems. As a psychotherapist, I am well aware that our nervous systems develop habitual patterns around how we react to stimuli both internally and externally. Additionally, I know that trauma and challenging experiences can be held in the body and it frequently takes more than talking to safely release these experiences. I have found BodyTalk to be an excellent way to access and release both these energies and some of the beliefs impacting the tendency to revert to pain and contraction. Personally, I found these sessions helpful for an ongoing physical discomfort and pain in my left leg (that stretching and corrective exercise did not resolve). Additionally, through the healing work with Sandi I became aware that this pain was related to earlier experiences in my life and beliefs about myself and others that I had not fully let go of. As for Sandi, she is a wonderful mix of compassionate, intelligent and professional. She takes excellent and detailed notes around every session and is very thoughtful in her treatment. I highly recommend Sandi and BodyTalk work for those who want to go deeper into a more holistic way of approaching healing. read more

Amidst life's chaos, my visits with Sandi are truly soothing and grounding. I always get a sense of Sandi's calm and gentleness, a true concern for my well-being, and a deep interest in helping me clear my concerns. Her talents are amazing; from clearing my fever blisters, neutralizing one family member's digestive distress to rectifying another loved one's anxiety and stress. One or two visits with Sandi will make truly positive changes in your life. Her practice is an undeniable force of amazing healing. read more

Sandi Wong is a wonderful coach & healer, and I highly recommend her! I started seeing Sandi over 2 years ago when I felt stuck in both personal and business development. I felt scattered in my efforts, so I decided that I could benefit from professional help. A few friends have told me that body talk have really helped them achieve goals. I wasn't familiar with this type of energy work, but I saw the transformation of my friends, so I began my research. I learned that in addition to being a body talk practitioner, Sandi has a corporate background in helping large companies organize and trouble shoot. Also, she has a PhD from Stanford for studying people & culture. I felt she had more to offer, and I was more comfortable that her educational background is sound. I began working with Sandi, and was happy that she incorporated both her coaching and energy work toward solving my issues. Her decades of corporate consulting showed when she quickly help me find clarity in my objectives, and the body talk sessions helped my whole body become in-sync with the projects that my mind has set out to accomplish. Work and personal life both became smoother. I saw her regularly to trouble shoot and make sure that I'm staying on track. Sandi genuinely cares about my work and my life, and I really enjoyed our sessions. The biggest reward came a year after we worked together when she showed me the goals worksheet we put together at the beginning. Not only were all the goals met, but the results were exponential. She has been a great part of my life, and I plan to continue to work with her for a long time into the future! read more

I first met Sandi two years ago when I sought healing for my back pain. I had just finished a round of treatments with a chiropractor to no avail. But in ONE session, Sandi got to the core of it all. I had stored trauma in my pelvic area from many years back. I was healed as soon as she brought it to my consciousness. Who knew?? Since then I have been completely sold on BodyTalk and Sandi's nurturing, intuitive way into one's body and spirit. Today, I see her for emotional blocks, which manifest in the forms of anxiety and/or aches. She never fails to ease me back into wellness. I am grateful for her practice, Reiki and Bodytalk. Thank you dear Sandi! read more

As a psychologist who has worked as a therapist and as someone who has trained therapists for the last 20 years, I understand the healing power of Western psychotherapy and talk therapy. But I also know the limitations of talk therapy and that there are healing traditions that are equally powerful and effective. And despite the fact that I don't fully understand all that Sandi does, I can say without a doubt that Sandi is a healer of the highest caliber! She is a natural empath and a genuinely warm and compassionate person who integrates a range of healing practices (BodyTalk, reiki, craniosacral therapy, and executive coaching) into a powerful and holistic treatment, unlike anything I have experienced before. For me, I realized that much of the stress I have been experiencing was being held in my body. And although I do exercise regularly (swimming, yoga, and running) and eat decently (although my eating habits are not as effective as my exercise habits), I knew that that the toxicity of my work stressors was still in my body. Having been in talk therapy before and being a therapist myself, I knew that I needed something more than talk...I needed to release that stress from my body. And Sandi's diverse range of skills and training not only allowed for that stress to be released, but she also crystallized my understanding of when that stress began and why it was so stressful. By listening to what my body was telling her (not sure I can explain it any better than that), Sandi was able to pinpoint that much of this started in 2016 for me...a level of insight that I had not realized before. And amazingly, this all happened in the third meeting with her...and to be honest, I'm not sure that talking alone would have gotten me to that depth of insight that quickly! Additionally, as an executive coach, Sandi was able to integrate her understanding of the stressors of leadership, management and the political dynamics of the workplace with her understanding of the stress and pressures that this had on my body. So, the integration of Sandi's various healing practices has truly been a gift and a transformative holistic approach to healing. I highly recommend her and am looking forward to continuing to work with her!! read more

I cannot express how grateful I am that I have found Sandi. She is an incredibly talented healer. I sought her out after experiencing a significant trauma that left my body, nervous system, mind and heart feeling broken and unbalanced. In just two sessions so far, Sandi is not only helping me make sense of my body, mind and heart's reactions to the trauma, but greatly helping to lessen the acuity of the pain (emotional and physical) that I experience. Sandi is sensitive, incredibly intuitive, respectful, empathic, and gentle. She has the ability to fully hold with me the intensity of my trauma and the darkness of my feelings while also helping to bring in the light. Along with the deepness of the trauma work that she is doing with me; in the two times I have seen her, she has been able to help my mind, body and heart relax and feel at ease more than any medicine, self-expression, or talk therapy that I have done. I would recommend Sandi to anyone that is in need of finding healing and balance. read more

I first went to Sandi to prepare for open heart surgery in Sept. 2015. This was the first experience of Reiki which I had ever deeply felt, and I felt loved and supported in a brand new way. So I was able to go into surgery calmly, and managed recovery (8 days in ICU waiting for my heart to wake up) peacefully and confidently. I returned to prepare for surgery to remove the breastbone wires in May 2016 (allergic to nickel in the stainless steel wires), so called her again. This time she did BodyTalk for me, and I was blown away by the accuracy of her questions, opening five deeply hurtful periods in my life. The experiences of clearing were mind-boggling. The result was completely effective surgery with quick healing. I am sure that the period of allergy reaction together with her demonstratio of healing in me has created releases and learnings I'll build on in years to come.. read more

Over the years, Sandi Wong has treated me with Reiki stress reduction, Tapas Acupressure Technique, and BodyTalk. I can testify that after every treatment, I have experienced significant improvements in both my physical, emotional, and spiritual health. She is highly skilled, experienced, and extremely ethical, but she is also an incredibly intuitive, gentle, encouraging person. I don't know how it works, but I do think that her innate personal qualities allow her clients to "let go" and accept the benefits of the treatments. Sandi guided me through Tapas Acupressure Technique to help me let go of bitterness and sadness in past relationships so that I could move forward and apply a positive approach to both these relationships, as well as future ones. She did all this in simple energy-work sessions without ever asking me to divulge the details. I just felt better, happier, free. I've also had many BodyTalk treatments which have helped me overcome persistent pain in my back and neck (I have arthritis) - and she has helped me with severe insomnia. The treatments have resulted in both incredibly profound results, as well as gentle "tune-up" treatments that just seem to put me back into physical and emotional alignment. Not only do the treatments help me with these physical problems, though - Sandi gently educates and guides me on why it is important to address issues that have been buried for decades so that she can help me re-balance and integrate the energy of life. I can't say enough about how much your life will change if you consult Sandi Wong. read more

I started working with Sandi because I wasn't sleeping well and had given up any hope of getting a good night's sleep. Within two sessions I was sleeping better. Sandi also helped tame my migraines. Over time she has helped me sort through work challenges and find my path. Her support has been immeasurable and has changed my quality of life. I highly recommend Sandi to anyone looking to improve their health or to improve their emotional state. I think they will be surprised how much impact the BodyTalk sessions will have. read more

I met with Sandi several times this year, as a person close to me had shared his powerful healing with her BodyTalk techniques. In my job I need to sustain a strong personal practice to keep my own energy clear, vibrating at a high frequency so I that can continue to guide my clients through their emotional real estate transactions. I read up, and knew Sandi could help me as soon as we met. Sandi is a rejuvenating source, I highly recommend Sandi Wong and her BodyTalk sessions to release past blocked emotions. read more

I feel so grateful to have met Sandi. I went into her practice looking for a Reiki practitioner and had a remarkable experience during the Reiki session, but in addition she also introduced me to Body Talk. The Body Talk sessions, combined with Reiki have been so therapeutic and helpful for me. She is truly skilled at what she does and is also so kind and soothing to be around. I could not recommend her more. read more

I first saw Sandi in the Fall of 2011 and have seen her many times since. The Body Talk process still amazes me. After several minutes "talking" with my body energetically, Sandi will say something like, "There were 3 times when you felt your father let you down: one was when you were 6, one when you were 21 and one when you were 28. What were those?" I am always astonished that she learned so much from my body so quickly and many times they are issues that I was not consciously aware of. It is always great to clear old memories/traumas from my body and move forward clearer and cleaner inside. I believe in Body Talk and Sandi so much that I paid for friend to have a number of sessions with her. He needed help and could not afford it (which is part of why he needed help.) He is much healthier as a result. Body Talk is a modality that Health Care needs more of. It resolves issues at the root cause instead of just addressing the symptoms. In addition to Body Talk, Sandi is skilled in other modalities as well. I encourage everyone to have a session with Sandi and see what you think. It could very well change your life, and definitely for the better. read more

Sandi Wong has mastered the art of providing Body Talk sessions. When she started her business, my husband and I scheduled sessions to improve our ability to sleep. We noticed an improvement immediately. Last fall, I had a pain in my wrist and learned in the session that I was preparing for retirement! In the spring, I was faced with a difficult choice of leaving a place where I had successfully worked for over 35 years! Sandi has assisted me with this major transition and in the process new prospects have opened up for me. Each challenge that presents itself is resolved with love and positive energy. I leave each session with the knowledge and understanding that I am moving in the right direction. Sandi's professional and personal touches are delivered with high integrity. Her care for the well-being of the client is evident in every session. This is an amazing process and I trust it totally. read more

Personal professional coaching has changed my life and helped make me a better and happier person. Before I met Sandi, I didn't know what a professional coach was. Sandi was my trusted Executive corporate coach six years ago. Fortunately, Sandi now works in the private setting and I was able to reengage her as my personal coach 1.5 years ago. We talk through monthly (and sometimes more frequently) any challenges that I'm experiencing in my personal and professional life. She provides helpful insights and actionable suggestions that no one else is able to provide. I'm convinced Sandi knows me better than I know myself. She knows the right kinds of questions to ask to help me move beyond my blind spots and better understand myself. She helps me overcome a variety of challenges and how to obtain my desired outcomes that I can't seem to achieve on my own. Because her approach is so non-threatening and supportive, I've been able to discuss topics with her that I wouldn't dream of talking to anyone else about. She's willing to come to my home to meet and to follow up on our conversations by phone and email as needed. Entegrate is a great investment of your time and money. read more

At first I was skeptical about what BodyTalk could actually do for me. I was having pain in my hips and couldn't stand for more than 2 minutes max. After one session with Sandi Wong my pain was gone! I thought for sure it would come back, but it hasn't and it has been over a year. She has since helped me with a number of issues related to my health with the same wonderful results. She is a great healer and brings an energy to healing that I have never encountered before. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family as well as anyone else. read more
