My ID was expired by a couple days. It was my birthday and the ID was expired. I was only drawn 20 bucks. I wasn't withdrawn thousands of thousands of dollars and that ID wasn't good enough so I presented another one and Adams County retired ID that wasn't good enough. The teller told me to go home and get my visa. I said I only use that for traveling And besides quit playing cop this idea is valid and only becomes uninvited on August 31. The motor vehicle department won't issue out an ID unless expired she could've asked me my Social Security number or she could've taken my credit card and looked in up, but those were not good enough really on the phone. They asked for your Social Security number or a valid credit card so who is she? What a pain in the ass, so my choices were to withdraw all my money when I got the proper identification or to complain so I chose to complain. She was a far teller on the left at 9:30 today so we'll see if the manager calls back. All I want is them spoken to.

With the exception of one time when all the bankers had gone home. I decided to make an appointment online. Since I have always been helped by a banker making an appointment with a "banker" would be the logical thing to do. I ame an appointment for 10 am the next day. All of their time slots were open. I received a call at 8:45am and was told in the rudest way that bankers are not for "that". That I needed to wait in line like everybody else. I explained I couldn't wait in the sun for too long because of medication I was taking was told there was nothing they could do for me. I hung up called WF and was told to speak to a service manger or branch manger. I spoke with the service manager, who was more civil than the previous person and she basically told me the same thing. They both suggested I go to a drive through and gave me 2 addresses of WFs here in the Denver Metro Area. I drove 30 minutes to the first one and they are only opened Monday through Friday. I decided to call the branch again and told them they sent me to a closed branch. Not even an I'm sorry we gave you incomplete information but, I was give the address for the second one. I drove to the other one, less than 10 min away, N and there were over 25 cars in line. They were blocking traffic!!! I decided to get off since the parking lot seemed pretty empty and guess what!? They only take appointments!!!! I decided to call the 1-800 number to get good Info they were super nice and apologized over and over again about what had happened. They also said this is unacceptable and that this is not the Wells Fargo way. Long story short, I'm getting my checks mailed but since I need a check today, I'm standing in 80* weather in the blistering sun outside the Brighton branch. With the exception of one time when a very kind banker helped us, this branch has always been rude and sucks at treating customers like people. EVERY single time! So disappointed!!! I was in line for about 20 min, so not too bad. Cassie was very pleasant and took care of what I needed very quickly. But wait, there's more!!! As soon as it was my turn to get inside, the greeter asked what I needed and said, our banker is busy, otherwise, I'd have you sit with her!!!!!!! OMG!

Not only is it about 15 minutes from my house, but it also has a post office inside where you can ship packages and buy stamps! What a bonus! I have been in here a handful of times now for various reasons and everyone is very friendly and very tolerable of my ramblings about how great Omaha is. They also have an ATM in the parking lot which is tragically the only one in the area. They also have a couple lanes of drive thru. This is a small branch, but totally functional and I am ecstatic it is here!

They so not even verify who they are speaking to so my neighbor can pretend they are me and get account information. The…read moremost recent is the final straw.   I get paid monthly, I went to deposited my check and they are requiring a 10 day hold on funds.   my employers checks are ALWAYS been good and always clear, so this isn't' a suspicious check.   I asked them to call my employers bank and verify funds which they have in the past.  They REFUSED!  they claimed that some banks wont do that, but i know for a FACT my employers bank will.  They claim its because i'm and over drafter, so wouldn't it make more sense for them to process the check faster?   I went into the bank to see if after 48 hours they could remove the hold or at least give me some of my money. but no, I can't close the account either.  I said 10 days was excessive, the bank manager proceeded to ARGUE with me that its SEVEN days not ten.  Its seven business days 10 actual days, I guess TBK doesn't think i people use money on weekends....   So i asked her how am i suppose to feed my kids and get gas and basically live because I NEED that money that's legit my whole months paycheck.  she said, "not my problem"   I will be closing my account as soon as possible and i would recommend you do the same.

Took a lot for us to move all our accts after being with the other bank for decades. We are SO glad we made the move. 1st Bank has been great! It is rare nowadays to be called by name and acknowledged when you wait in line. Simple things like "we will be right with you or we apologize for the wait" are rare in most businesses now but common at this location.
