I had been a client of Ensurco Insurance Group for many years when I took out a policy on my rental condo. Unfortunately I trusted the guidance I was given, and this led to a significant gap in my coverage that I was unaware of. This situation has caused considerable financial stress and inconvenience (over $4000.00 loss). read more

I've been with Ensurco company for many years . My long time excellent insurance broker was retired few years ago. He was my friend and passed me onto another agent who was good. Right now I keep calling Ensurco many times after I find out that my insurance was up after I moved to another address. I cannot get in touch with my new insurance broker after living messages and sending emails with questions, weeks ago. So, I spoke to some random agents. I asked why my rates went up, etc. And, nobody even offered me other options, like increase deductible, etc., nothing I did research by myself and spoke to other insurance agency and got explanations how to lower insurance premium and how to put an insurance on hold when I am away for several months for example, even though my current Ensurco broker must explain it to me, that's what they paid for! When I spoke to some random Ensurco agent to send me a form to put insurance on hold, she said that she would send me an email and it never happened. I don't have a choice but I have to switch companies when renewal comes to avoid paying penalties ,due to poor customer service! read more

My inital inqury call to this broker got hang up because the lady realized i am not Cantonese speaker. We still went ahead with them for a few years because they are referred by my in-laws (Cantonese speaker, of course). Recently i asked for something else again but my emails are ignored basically. I do not like to leave bad review to anyone but this rudeness and dis-respectful attitude is truly above and beyond read more

I've been with Ensurco for a few years when a friend became an insurance agent. He was employed by Ensurco, so it wasn't really a "choice" per se. Friend left the industry, but he passed me onto another agent who was fantastic! Anyway, that agent left the company/industry and I just got my renewal and my rates went UP. Needless to say, I call Ensurco right away, find out that my broker no longer works there, and spoke to some random agent. I told him that I received my renewal, asked why my rates went up, etc. He gives the usual BS about "depends on where you live, how you drive, accidents" etc. Not even offering to look up my file, nothing. I then had to proceed to ask if he could find me a better rate. (It irks me when I have to tell someone to do their job.) Agent said he'd call me back in a coupla days and that was two weeks ago. Needless to say, I'm switching companies due to poor customer service! It may be a one-off of dealing with 1 incompetent agent, but 1 is enough for me. read more

I changed the status after leaving the country for 3 months and since returning to the original policy I'm paying $20 more per month. Now I try and give them more business by adding a house but rather than a discount I will be paying another $20 in addition - absurd. Agents are incompetent too read more

They have been nothing but trouble. 2 months and thousands of dollars later I have no proof of insurance. I've spent hours of my time finding random information they shouldn't need. Signing and re signing contracts. And then I receive a letter from the company I'm supposed to be insured threw saying my insurance is cancelled!! And all the manager tells me is not to worry. HUGE waste of time and money. They're all greedy scammers. read more

My 19 yr old son is a "high risk" driver due to an accident when he was 16. Our insurance company dropped him this month. Three different brokers quoted $6500 - $8k to insurance him on a 2004 Acura. A friend in the same situation refereed me to Gazelle Ghajar. In two days, she found a policy for $4500 and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much Gazelle, you are a life saver. read more

Been with Ensurco for years! Use them for both Personnel and Business Insurance. Very quick service and assistance, and extremely helpful in previous claims. Have refereed them to family members and friends that are now also clients. read more

Ensurco has been nothing but trouble. They are the worst company I have ever payed. Not only did they not respond in a timely manner, they made mistakes on my commercial policy certificate that I handed to clients and I looked unprofessional. Also, they lied about the premium and tacked on $1300 without notice and demanded the payment all up front. I have a clean record. I recommend everyone to go somewhere else than deal with these thieves. Their customer service is horrendous as well. I have nothing good to say about Ensurco. They shouldn't be in business. Protect yourselves and do not use this company. read more

I've been with Ensurco for 2 years now. The first year was alright, but they were brutally slow to respond to any requests. The second year was when it really got bad. I missed a payment and per their request I sent them a money order for the amount owing. Than there were some issues with the actual insurance provider which were not Ensurcos fault. Where I do fault Ensurco is that they provided me with false information and continually dodged my questions in a manner that would make any politician proud. They stopped responding to my emails altogether at one point. And not once did I get an apology or even an acknowledgement from them about how poor the service was. Needless to say, they are no longer my insurance broker and never again will I deal with a company that has such piss poor customer service. read more

After being with Ensurco for at least 10 years I am totally disappointed with the way I have been treated by Sam Talamo, Jaleh Ghaemi as well as the owner Ray. I was quoted a price for a new vehicle in March of $2600, and Sam bragged about how my policy lowered in price because of new safety features. I went ahead and purchased the vehicle, and opted out of a company demo as my insurance was manageable. I then received my statement and it had increased to $3468.55. I thought it must have been a mistake so I sent an email to Sam along with a picture of my statement showing the amount and asked him to call me, April 20th, 2019. My dad then fell ill and was hospitalized so I waited for Sam to contact me as I dealt with my dad. I reached out to him again May 2nd, as I still had not heard from him. When he finally called me back, he had no answers for me and would not accept any responsibility, all he said was "the girl" made a mistake. So someone made a mistake but I am left to pay more? It is now July, and I am still waiting for them to pull up the recording of my conversation with Sam and get back to me with some kind of a resolution. The owner Ray called May 21st to get my side of the story and told me he would call me back the next day. Still haven't heard from him. In my business if I make a mistake and give the customer the wrong price I have to be held accountable, not the customer. It's been over 3 months now and still awaiting a solution. read more
