A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.

I had multi quotes with one even to chop off the top of the magnolia. Bob came by and did an assessment to lift and clean both trees for a reasonable price. He explained in layman's terms exactly what he would be doing and why. Bob arrived on time on the scheduled day and after two hours the job was done and clean up completed. Both trees actually look like they are breathing in fresh air and the grass around the oak can receive sunlight.
