My husband went on tour for a year to S. Korea and my toddler was having a particularly difficult time. Once he started at SMS, we noticed such positive response from him. The teachers clearly care about each individual child--not only in school but in their home life. When I had asked if there were any books the school recommended for children with a family member going through deployment, they researched and sent me many different options to help with my child's emotional well being. I'm very pleased with the teachers and other staff and the care and attention the girls have been given. Communication has been consistently great. The children are always excited and engaged to the extent that I have to drag mine away when I return to pick them up. Cleanliness and safety are high on my list of priorities as well and the center maintains a healthy standard of cleanliness and provides a safe environment. Playground and outdoor safety is another area of concern for me, so I appreciate the fact that the staff is even very attentive while the children are playing outdoors and on field trips. My girls feel safe, nurtured, accepted, they "learn cool stuff" and they have loads of fun. What more can a parent ask for? In short, we love The Children's Workshop and I really appreciate their contribution to my children's childhood development and my peace of mind. We started our daughter at Cadence during the pandemic. Cadence was so welcoming and facilitated me being able to meet my daughter's teachers via Zoom before we started. Although we were not able to enter the building to send our daughter off, they made it feel as though we could with their awesome report app that they use to send you updates and pictures of your child throughout the day. Through the last few years we have grown to know and love the teachers at Cadence. When we had our second child, we started him in daycare even sooner than we did our first because we had that trust in Cadence. We are so happy with our Cadence family, and would strongly recommend them to anyone searching for care and education for their children.

There is trash everywhere on the floor and wipes, paper towels and employees who just sit there and don't bother to ever get up and start cleaning. I was in the locker room and the same dirty clothes were still on the floor days later. The girl at the desk (Rita), isn't fri at all and the new membership guy (Mark), doesn't bother to respond to emails. The man doesn't either! If you complain about anything they just ignore you.
