Both beers were delicious...the HazeMe was not too hoppy, and not overly citrusy-just the right amount. The Dunkel Buck was light and full of flavor. We ordered a chipotle cheesesteak from Gordingo's , and that was very good, also. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend stopping here!

There are usually two beer pouring staffers behind the bar, and they know what they have behind the funny names given all the different beers. The music they play over the speakers is boring at best, and when asked to hear the tv audio in a separate room, where there was a sports event on tv, was told they couldn't do that because of copyright violations, I don't think that is true... Food here is good, but nothing really over the top.

You'll also find seasonal items that are reflective of the berries, apples, and fruits harvested in Western North Carolina throughout the year. They have an small staff that is usually very friendly and attentive. Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway or an extended period of time you'll feel like a local when you walk in. Make sure to check their hours and days to make sure they're open, as they are closed for a few days every week. So plan according! ; ) One of our favorite loyalty programs is their old school punch card for Lattes that seem to rotate flavors on a daily basis. We were walking around downtown Brevard and stopped by this small town bakery. We got a peach…read moredanish, peanut butter chocolate chip cookie, and treats for our pup. We enjoyed the peach danish, but the cookie left for more to be desired, just not something I would get again. Our dog loved his treats - but know they are definitely on the very hard and crunchy side if your dog is particular about their treats. I recommend if you are in the area by stopping by this cute bakery.
