I called J&J pumps when I found some sand in my water. They came out and put a camera in my well…read moreand told me I needed a new liner for the casing. I also had them put in a new well tank. Twelve thousand dollars later they made the water WORSE. I have clay swamp water now. My water was always clear and tasty no filters no nothing. They put a filter to try to fix the issue. It clogged in less than two weeks. This is NOT a sustainable option. The filter is 50.00. I'm really angry and I feel I have been sold a bunch of stuff I didn't need and didn't work. I will give them a chance to fix this. IF they fix this I will update my review or remove it. I'm updating my review. J&J came out today with a whole crew. They ran the well until it was clear. They changed my filter for free. I had a big issue with clay stirred up in my well. They fixed the issue. Very happy with the service and that they checked on the job they did.

We discovered a color change in our well water on Sunday Morning, Mother's Day, at a hose bib. My…read morewife and I troubled shot the a few things and found it was coming from the well, not rust pipes in the house . We searched Online found the number for Jerry at Foothill Pump and saw the positive reviews noting his quick response. We called him and he answered right away! He spent 20 minutes with me on the phone going over the issue and gave me a few more ways to diagnose the situation. i ran thru the steps and still was seeing the discoloration. I called again and he agreed to come out the very next day but made one more recommendation and suggested that I run the water for a good long time ( 30 minutes to an hour) to see if that would flush out the issue. After Mother's Day lunch which was slightly somber due to the water situation I did as Jerry suggested and the water cleared up. We are gonna monitor the situation and retest the water. Jerry is was honest, patient, and very knowledgeable with my questions and helped my family which includes animals and a garden tremendously. A couple years ago... I had a customer whos well pump had seized. She had five children and a single mother. I myself cannot pull a pump out of the well over 40 feet deep as I don't have The equipment to do it, so I called these guys in hopes that they could take care of my customer in the middle of a drought on very hot days in the summer. This company pushed my customer in front of their other important customers in order to accommodate this mother with children without water. The average wait time for most well pump replacement companies was about 1 to 3 months waiting time, yet this company had serviced and had my customers well up and running in just under a week! My customer called me almost crying, and thanked me for sending such great people to her home and returning her life back to normal... Today... . A recent job entailed me finding a rare motor for a pump that needs to be replaced before The motel that I am servicing loses their hot water and many customers... I thought of these gentlemen in hopes that they could help me find this motor... Although we were unable to locate such a rare motor, they referred me to their personal parts supplier, and then went above and beyond and allowed me to purchase a motor under their account so I could obtain the savings that they get, that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise... Although their company could not find this where motor either, I still am humbled by their generosity in their attempt to help another local small business with no expectations of anything in return...
