Emails sent directly to Capitol Financial Solutions and their Compliance representative (who no longer appears on their site) have remained unanswered. If this is how they treat an individual's personal information when they're trying to win business, I certainly wouldn't trust them with financial information--especially advice. Kent can seem to fathom regulations around PII and ethics. Don't trust him with anything else.
