After all the rain we had this winter I was at a loss of what to do as we live on a hill and the dirt had slid into our patio area. Bart and his team from Enlightened Views had pressure washed our house in the past and had done a great job so I called and had them pressure wash our patio. They honestly blew me away! They came in, were efficient, and the patio looks better than it ever has! It's amazing what pressure washing can do. They are very detail oriented, came on time, and never even so much as knocked on the door. After their job I am so much more proud of our home. It looks as good as when we purchased it in 2015. Bought a Groupon for $50 for gutter cleaning. Mind you, my regular guy charges $100 and comes within 2 days of my asking and is super easy to get on the phone. After a week of emails, Bart (the owner) finalized a date that was convenient for him (not me, mind you, the customer as I specifically asked him for no Tuesdays but of course that is the ONLY day that works for him on any given week). Then after the work, he sends me an invoice of $275 - $100 Groupon - $25 random discount. So I still owe $150!! So I'm out a total of $200 when I could have asked my regular guy and paid half! What a rip off. By the way, Bart, you could have told me the cleaning was $275 in the first place. read more

Great Service! I contacted with Bart for gutter cleaning. While his guy was a little late getting there, he completed the job (in the dark) and all was well. However, during a rainstorm three weeks later, I noticed rain over-flowing my gutter again in the same place. I contacted Bart and he sent two guys out the next day (at no charge). They found a long screw was causing a back-up. They cleaned it out, cut the screw, and even patched a small hole. I was never asked for additional payment and will only use these guys from now on. We have trees surrounding our house so as a result we get more debris than usual on our roof and more stuff in general around our house and on the ground. Nevertheless the enlightened views crew came and did an excellent job cleaning the exterior and pressure washing the ground and walls. The service provided by Bart and his team is outstanding. They cleaned the gutters on my home. The gutters hadn't been cleaned in many years and weeds were growing in the accumulated dirt and silt. The downspouts were slowed to a trickle. Bart returned my call promptly and scheduled the service within a few days of my initial call. The crew scraped out the gutters, cleared all downspouts and washed everything out within 35 minutes. You barely know they are there, and they are done in record time. What they leave behind are immaculately cleaned gutters and downspouts, and they collect all debris from the roof and around the house. Bart and his crew are very efficient, professional, and polite. Just last week, Bart's crew cleaned my windows, screens, and skylights, solar cells, gutters and power washed walkways, patio, etc. The entire experience was 5-Star. Bart arrived on-time for the estimate, the crew arrived on-time to do the work, emails were answered promptly. One person does the inside windows and the rest of the crew tackles the outside. The team works well together, the windows are spotless, in fact, they were extremely careful to put back the inside skylight covers without any fingerprints. And, the clean up (after the gutter cleaning) was done well. Customer service was excellent--there was one small thing that was overlooked, I emailed Bart, it was taken care of the next day.
