I found Retna after a life-altering car accident that left me with a fractured neck. After years of trying different massage therapists, acupuncturists, cupping, and other pain-relief modalities, she was the first provider who truly knew how to tailor each session to my specific injuries and changing needs. From the very beginning, she was kind, warm, and incredibly welcoming -- and most importantly, deeply attentive. Retna consistently checks in throughout every session, making sure I'm comfortable and addressing any areas that need extra care that day. Her ability to adapt treatments based on how my body is feeling is unmatched. She is not only compassionate and empathetic, but an absolute expert at what she does. There's a moment at the start of a massage when a therapist first places their hands on you and you can just tell whether it's going to be good -- and month after month, year after year, Retna always delivers. Her consistency, skill, and intuition are remarkable. She is also incredibly understanding when life happens and appointments need to be adjusted, which speaks volumes about who she is as a person and a business owner. Her pricing is reasonable and accessible, making it possible to receive consistent care -- something that has truly changed my quality of life. I will never go to anyone else. Retna and Blue Circle Healing Arts Studio have been one of the best additions to my life, and I absolutely adore her. If you're looking for a massage therapist who is talented, caring, and genuinely invested in your well-being, this is it.

I called and scheduled the appointment. The day before, they canceled and had me reschedule. Keep in mind I had to book it about 6 weeks out. They rescheduled me again for a week later. Then same situation happened, canceled and rescheduled again. By this point, I'm completely frustrated and didn't even want to go to the 3rd scheduled appointment. I realized that they were putting in new scheduling software and were running a daily deal, but not off the best customer experience. We arrive to the location to in a office park. I walk in into a large office space and there are some partitions lined up. I almost considered walking out at that point. We go and get ready for the massage. My massage was not the best. About half of the time they used some plastic tool on my back. I could have done that at home! Because of all the of the issues with scheduling they originally offered another couples massage no charge. Then when after our session, they changed the offer to just 1 person paying for the massage, but getting 2. We never called back to rebook the session. It looks like they have changed locations since our appointment, but overall not the best customer experience. Rescheduling 2 times and then changing the deal on the back end is not good business in my book.
