I had SEVERE neck pain, and lingering trauma from an accident years prior and after several doctors appointments/ pain medicine that didn't work I gave in to chiropractic care. I was very skeptical and not hopeful- but I ended up having such a great experience here. Dr. Kennedy could visually see some out of alignment before even seeing XRays! She fixed all my neck issues and my neck pain went away. It took some time as anything does but her care was always thorough and amazing. I was not impressed. my intake was done by the intern. which is fine. I was there for a long time my first visit. I get it .. people have to learn. But the doctor should have at least been there to assist. I was there with my small child and it was slightly aggravating. the next day when I went to be adjusted. I was adjusted by the intern. I was not expecting that. I should have been adjusted by the doctor. I left in more pain.. and ended up at a physical therapist. I will not be back. I was not happy with how any of that went. at all. Dr. Charity that is the current chiropractor is the one I've liked the most. She's very thorough. You don't feel rushed, she talks to you about things you can be doing in addition to getting adjustments and is very personable.
